Machine learning systems for automated event analysis and categorization, equipment status and maintenance action recommendation
Aspects of the present disclosure provide systems, methods, and computer-readable storage media that leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning to analyze and categorize events associated with an equipment asset, such as industrial machinery, to determine a status (e.g., insight) associated with the equipment asset, and to determine maintenance actions to be performed with respect to the equipment asset to prevent, or reduce the likelihood or severity of, occurrence of a fault at the equipment asset. Machine learning (ML) models may be trained to categorize events that are detected based on operating characteristics data associated with the equipment asset, to determine a status of the equipment asset, and to recommend one or more maintenance actions (or other actions). Output that indicates the maintenance actions may be displayed to a user or used to automatically initiate performance of one or more of the maintenance actions.

Systems and methods for collecting, displaying, analyzing, recording, and transmitting fluid hydrocarbon production monitoring and control data
Systems and methods for enabling an augmented reality device to easily collect, analyze, transmit, and act on wireless information transmitted from various instruments on hydrocarbon production and pipeline skids. The augmented reality device preferentially presents and records available data streams from the various instruments on the hydrocarbon production and pipeline skids in an augmented reality user interface. The augmented reality user interface preferentially presents such data streams as readings from the various instruments in an easy-to-read, color-coded display, wherein the color coding relates to various in-tolerance and out-of-tolerance ranges related to each of the various instruments.

Equipment maintenance method, equipment maintenance device, and storage medium for the same
A method for maintaining industrial equipment through analyzing data from multiple sources associated with the industrial equipment is based on a predetermined list of fault categories. The method includes acquiring the data associated with the industrial equipment, analyzing the data according to the predetermined list of fault categories, and outputting a fault report of the industrial equipment according to the analysis. Information as to fault processing of the industrial equipment is updated to the predetermined list, the fault processing information being adopted according to the fault report. An equipment maintenance device and a storage medium are also provided.
