A method for evaluating one or more diagnostic linages of a patient obtained in different examination sessions and evaluating the diagnostic images using trained machine learning logic to generate prognosis and treatment information related to a medical condition of the patient detected during the evaluation. The prognosis-related information is recorded and displayed.

Ai driven longitudinal liver focal lesion analysis

Systems and methods for performing an assessment of a lesion are provided. A plurality of input medical images of a lesion is received. The plurality of input medical images comprises an initial input medical image and one or more additional input medical images. The initial input medical image comprises a region of interest around the lesion. A mask of the lesion is curated for the initial input medical image based on the region of interest and a set of candidate masks. The region of interest in the initial input medical image is propagated to the one or more additional input medical images based on prior registration transformations. A mask of the lesion is curated for each of the one or more additional input medical images based on the propagated regions of interest and the set of candidate masks. One or more assessments of the lesion are performed based on the mask for the initial input medical image, the masks for the one or more additional input medical images, and prior assessments of lesions. Results of the one or more assessments of the lesion are output.

The computing system further includes a processor (120) configured to execute the electrocardiogram signal analyzer determine myocardial infarction characteristics from an input electrocardiogram and to execute the biophysical simulator to simulate a fractional flow reserve or an instant wave-free ratio index from input cardiac image data and the determined myocardial infarction characteristics.

COMPUTER-IMPLEMENTED METHOD FOR EVALUATING AN ANGIOGRAPHIC COMPUTED TOMOGRAPHY DATASET, EVALUATION DEVICE, COMPUTER PROGRAM AND ELECTRONICALLY READABLE DATA MEDIUM

At least one vascular tree supplying at least a part of the hollow organ in the computed tomography dataset is segmented, and a tree structure up to an order possible based on the blood vessel segmentation result is determined from a blood vessel segmentation result. Perfusion information for each edge in the tree structure is assigned as at least one of the computed tomography data assigned to the blood vessel segment or at least one value derived therefrom. Adjacent hollow organ segments of the hollow organ are defined based on supply by adjacent blood vessels in the tree structure, and the tree structure and the perfusion information are analyzed to determine hemodynamic information to assign to hollow organ segments. At least a part of the hemodynamic information in at least one of the computed tomography dataset or a visualization dataset derived therefrom is then visualized.

Coronary Therapeutics Decision Aid
20230021780 · 2023-01-26 ·

An invention is described herein in which the current subjective decisions to perform a percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI, i.e., “coronary stenting”) for coronary artery disease (CAD) is replaced with consistent and objective algorithm-driven decision trees based on the results of recent clinical trials and studies and objective analysis of the coronary angiogram. This should result in reduced risk and medical cost for patients.

Disclosed herein is a method, comprising: causing emission of characteristic X-rays of a chemical element in an object by directing radiation to the object; capturing images of the object using the radiation that has transmitted through the object; capturing images of the chemical element in the object using the characteristic X-rays; reconstructing a three-dimensional image of the object based on the images of the object; determining a three-dimensional distribution of the chemical element in the object based on the images of the chemical element; and superposing the three-dimensional image of the object and the three-dimensional distribution of the chemical element in the object to form a superposed image of the object. The radiation directed to the object comes from multiple radiation sources. The images are captured with multiple image sensors. The radiation sources and the image sensors are stationary with respect to the object.
