A maintenance method of an electromechanical device comprises the steps of: making available to a control unit of the electromechanical device data communication means based on a wireless communication protocol; providing an operator a portable electronic device suitable to implement augmented reality and having a database in which is stored a list of maintenance operations that can be performed on the electromechanical device, activating data communication between the electronic control unit and the portable electronic device and transferring from the first to the second the status signals and/or possible alarm signals; in the presence of at least one alarm signal, correlating said alarm signal with at least one maintenance operation and communicating to the operator, thanks to augmented reality, the alarm signal and the maintenance operations related to said alarm signal.

Information is surfaced for an operator to perform actions to address the issue. The actions are grouped based on whether they can be performed inside or outside an operator compartment.

A system for providing help content to an industrial portable device includes a computer network within a plant with a help server. The industrial portable device includes a computer processor with a help application that provides help content regarding the use of the industrial portable device and/or other control applications on the industrial portable device. The help server can modify the help content in the help application, for example with help updates. The help application is separate and independent of the other control applications and can be modified independently of the other control applications. The industrial portable device may be a portable field device communicator and/or intrinsically safe.

An automated industrial notification platform creates a link between a given industrial asset and one or more people or support entities qualified to provide support for the asset. An industrial device or machine stores electronic expert tag information that records and catalogues one or more support people or entities to be notified in response to detection of various types of performance or maintenance issues. The tag can include the experts' identities, contact information, roles relative to the industrial asset, event priorities, and other relevant information. Since the tag is stored in a memory location of the industrial asset, the tag travels with the asset so that experts are globally associated with the asset regardless of the asset's location. Notification components integrated with the industrial asset detect conditions that may require expert assistance, and send an automated notification to one or more experts identified by the tag information.

A method, an apparatus, and a system are provided for automatically repairing a smart device in the field of computer technology. In the method, the apparatus receives a fault detection request transmitted by the smart device, the fault detection request carrying at least one current value of at least one preset parameter item of the smart device. The apparatus determines whether the at least one current value is within a preset range according to a first value characteristic. When it is determined that the at least one current value is within the preset range, the apparatus obtains first fault repair information corresponding to the first value characteristic from a correspondence table. The apparatus transmits the first fault repair information to the smart device, so that the smart device is automatically repaired according to the first fault repair information.

The detector detects at least one of data representing an operation performed by a worker with respect to the terminal device, data representing an environmental value of a plant, and data representing biological information of the worker. The first notifier notifies, to the information processing device, first historical data representing a history of data currently detected by the detector. The information processing device includes a storage and a proposer. The storage stores second historical data representing a history of data detected by the detector in the past. The proposer proposes an operation which should be performed with respect to the terminal device by using the first historical data notified by the first notifier and the second historical data stored in the storage.

The disclosure relates to a method and system for detecting and resolving malfunctions of a machine, in particular a machine in a machine line for filling and packaging food and/or beverages. The method starts with receiving a sensor signal from the machine. The sensor signal can indicate a malfunction of the machine and comprise a context of the malfunction. Instructions for resolving the malfunction are then identified, which are selected from an instructions database based on the context of the malfunction. An operator of the machine is notified and receives information about the malfunction of the machine and at the same time the identified instructions for resolving the detected malfunction. The operator has the option to create modified instructions for resolving the machine malfunction and send it back to the database. The modified instructions are then stored in the instructions database and linked to the sensor signal, making them identifiable via the context of the malfunction.

The first aid presentation system comprises: a storage unit that stores one or more pieces of notification information associated with one another from among notification information received from one or more monitoring targets, and one or more pieces of registration information registered by a user and information representing a first aid for the monitoring target that correspond to the notification information; a presentation unit that acquires, from the storage unit, one or more pieces of registration information and a first aid that correspond to notification information associated with specified notification information and that presents the one or more pieces of registration information and the first aid; and a registration unit that newly registers registration information in association with the specified notification information.
