Infant sleep garment with triangle sleeves and methods thereof
Described herein is an infant or toddler sleep device or accessory in the form of a garment with two detachable or non-removable weighted sleeves—one for each arm—to provide gentle pressure on the infant's arms to reduce the moro (startle) reflex. This device safely mimics the swaddling effect by adequately reducing the startle reflex and flailing of arms and safely exerting the benefits of deep pressure touch stimulation (DPST) without weighing down the infant's torso, thus helping baby sleep safely for longer periods of time. The weighted sleeves may be removed once the startle reflex decreases in intensity and the infant/toddler can still continue to wear the sleep garment to sleep. The sleep device may eliminate the risk of suffocation or overheating that other swaddle or swaddle transition garments or devices might pose.

Patient positioning device
A patient positioning device facilitates the placement of a patient in the prone position on the bolsters of a medical table or bed more quickly. The patient positioning device facilitates the surgeon's removal of their arms from underneath the patient once the patient has been properly positioned in the prone position on the medical table or bed (e.g., without shifting the patient out of place). Additionally, the patient positioning device inhibits (e.g., prevents) the surgeon's arms from coming into contact with the patient's skin.
Infant swaddle sack with harness
A swaddle garment may include a body having a back side and a front side that together define an interior space for swaddling an infant. The front side may include a first side and a second side that are selectively couplable to enclose the interior space. A harness is attached or attachable within the interior space along the backside of the body of the swaddle garment. The harness includes a back side, a torso wrap, and a diaper flap. The back side positions along a portion of the back side of the body. The torso wrap is configured wrap around a torso of an infant and may include a first side and a second side extendable from the back side of the torso wrap. The diaper flap is configured to wrap around a crotch of the infant and may be extendable from the back side of the harness from an anchor end to a securing end.
INFANT CALMING/SLEEP-AID, SIDS PREVENTION DEVICE, AND METHOD OF USE
An infant calming/sleep-aid/SIDS detection device is provided that includes a main moving platform that moves in a variable manner with accompanying variable sound generation, the sound and motion adapted to calm a fussy baby, induce sleep, and maintain sleep under normal conditions. The device may also have a sensor for detection of pauses in breathing and/or detection of resultant biological changes related to breathing pauses and respond with appropriate stimuli to arouse the baby and allow breathing to recommence.
