An adjustable, body-worn twin baby carrier. Embodiments of the present disclosure provide for a novel twin baby carrier apparatus with improved ease of use for holding and removing two infant babies in the same carrier, compared to prior art solutions; and, novel twin baby carrier apparatus with an improved design for carrying two infant babies side-by-side against a user's chest, compared to prior art solutions. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a twin baby carrier apparatus is generally comprised of a body portion, right baby carrier portion, left baby carrier portion, right shoulder strap, left shoulder strap, and waist support portion.

A system and method for an infant securing apparatus that allows for infants to remain safely in a crib wherein the infant is prevented from rolling over on their stomach, sit, or stand up and injure themselves, the apparatus having a stable blanket to keep an infant warm while avoiding the infant being suffocated by the blanket.

This device safely mimics the swaddling effect by adequately reducing the startle reflex and flailing of arms and safely exerting the benefits of deep pressure touch stimulation (DPST) without weighing down the infant's torso, thus helping baby sleep safely for longer periods of time. The weighted sleeves may be removed once the startle reflex decreases in intensity and the infant/toddler can still continue to wear the sleep garment to sleep. The sleep device may eliminate the risk of suffocation or overheating that other swaddle or swaddle transition garments or devices might pose.

A system for respiration monitoring includes a garment, which is configured to be fitted snugly around a body of a human subject, and which includes, on at least a portion of the garment that fits around a thorax of the subject, a pattern of light and dark pigments having a high contrast at a near infrared wavelength.
