A hybrid power plant including a plurality of power sources and controllers, a hybrid plant controller, and a computing system. The controllers operate the power sources according to operating set points. The hybrid plant controller transmits the operating set points to the controllers. The computing system is coupled to the hybrid plant controller and receives a first set of input parameters from a first subscriber, and carries out a first level of services to which the first subscriber subscribes to determine operating parameters for the first subscriber. The computing system receives a second set of input parameters from a second subscriber and carries out a second level of services to which the second subscriber subscribes to determine operating parameters for the second subscriber. The computing system then computes the operating set points based on aggregate operating parameters for the first and second subscribers.

Systems, devices, and methods include protective functions in an electrical power system. For example, a processing subsystem may include a first processor and a second processor. The first processor and the second processor may operate independently. A memory subsystem may comprise a first memory section and a second memory section. A memory management subsystem may enable memory access between the first processor and the first memory section and disable memory access between the first processor and the second memory section. The memory management subsystem may further enable memory access between the second processor and the second memory section and disable memory access between the second processor and the first memory section. A protection subsystem may include the first processor and the first memory section and enable a protection function. The second processor and the second memory section may provide a second function that operates independently of the protection function.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR INLINE MIXING OF HYDROCARBON LIQUIDS
Embodiments include systems and methods of in-line mixing of hydrocarbon liquids from a plurality of tanks into a single pipeline. According to an embodiment, a method of admixing hydrocarbon liquids from a plurality of tanks into a single pipeline to provide in-line mixing thereof includes determining a ratio of a second fluid flow to a first fluid flow based on signals received from a tank flow meter in fluid communication with the second fluid flow and a booster flow meter in fluid communication with a blended fluid flow. The blended fluid flow includes a blended flow of the first fluid flow and the second fluid flow. The method further includes comparing the determined ratio to a pre-selected set point ratio thereby to determine a modified flow of the second fluid flow to drive the ratio toward the pre-selected set point ratio. The method further includes controlling a variable speed drive connected to a pump thereby to control the second fluid flow through the pump based on the determined modified flow, the pump being in fluid communication with the second fluid flow.

Augmented reality for sensor applications
System, method, and media for an augmented reality interface for sensor applications. Machines making up a particular production or processing facility are instrumented with one or more sensors for monitoring their operation and status and labeled with machine-readable tags. When viewed by a technician through an augmented reality display, the machine-readable tags can be recognized using a computer-vision system and the associated machines can then be annotated with the relevant sensor and diagnostic data. The sensors may further form a mesh network in communication with a head-mounted display for an augmented reality system, eliminating the needs for centralized networking connections.

Embodiments include systems and methods of in-line mixing of hydrocarbon liquids and/or renewable liquids from a plurality of tanks into a single pipeline based on density or gravity. According to an embodiment, a method of admixing hydrocarbon liquids from a plurality of tanks into a single pipeline to provide in-line mixing thereof includes initiating a blending process. The blending process including continuously blending two or more liquids over a period of time, each of the two or more liquids stored in corresponding tanks, each of the corresponding tanks connected, via pipeline, to a blend pipe thereby blending the two or more liquids into a blended liquid. The method further includes determining a density of each of the two or more liquids to be blended during the blending process. The method includes, in response to a determination that the blend process has not finished and after the passage of a specified time interval, determining an actual blend density of the blended liquid, via a blend sensor connected to the blend pipe, the blended liquid flowing through the blend pipe and in contact with the blend sensor, and the specified time interval less than a total duration of the blending process. The method includes determining an actual blend density of the blended liquid, via a blend sensor connected to the blend pipe, the blended liquid flowing through the blend pipe and in contact with the blend sensor, and the specified time interval less than a total duration of the blending process; comparing the actual blend density with a target blend density; and in response to a difference, based on the comparison, of the actual blend density and target blend density determining a corrected ratio based on each density of the two or more liquids, the actual blend density, and the target blend density and adjusting, via one or more flow control devices, flow of one or more of the two or more liquids, based on the corrected ratio.

The method includes determining an actual blend density of the blended liquid, via a blend sensor connected to the blend pipe, the blended liquid flowing through the blend pipe and in contact with the blend sensor, and the specified time interval less than a total duration of the blending process; comparing the actual blend density with a target blend density; and in response to a difference, based on the comparison, of the actual blend density and target blend density determining a corrected ratio based on each density of the two or more liquids, the actual blend density, and the target blend density and adjusting, via one or more flow control devices, flow of one or more of the two or more liquids, based on the corrected ratio.
CLOUD-BASED TURBINE CONTROL FEEDBACK LOOP
A method and apparatus for applying optimized yaw settings to wind turbines including receiving operating data from at least one wind turbine on a wind farm and sending the data to a supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system on the at least one wind turbine to generate current SCADA data. The current SCADA data is sent a central processing center away from the wind farm. The central processing center includes an optimization system that can generate a new look up table (LUT) including at least one new wind turbine yaw setting calculated using information comprising wind direction, wind velocity, wind turbine location in the wind farm, information from a historic SCADA database, and yaw optimizing algorithms. The new LUT is then sent to a yaw setting selection engine (YSSE) where instructions regarding the use of the new LUT are generated.
SCADA web HMI system
A SCADA Web HMI system includes a drawing generation device (1) and an HMI terminal device (32). A drawing editor (11) generates SVG data (21) and part runtime attribute data (22). The HMI terminal device (32) includes a Web browser (321) that reads SVG data (21) and displays an HMI screen, and an HMI Web runtime (322) that reads the part runtime attribute data (22) as setting parameters and operates on the Web browser (321). When receiving signal data corresponding to unique signal names from a monitoring target device (7), the HMI Web runtime (322) changes display of parts corresponding to the unique signal names on the HMI screen.
