Methods and apparatuses for detecting tamper using machine learning models
The present application describes a machine learning method for detecting tamper. The method includes a step of training a model using one or more values obtained from one or more different sensors on an integrated module. The one or more values act as training data with respect to one or more of light, acceleration, magnetic field, rotation, temperature, pressure, humidity, and audio. The method also includes a step of predicting, via the trained model, tampering of the of the integrated module. The present application also describes a system for detecting tamper.

The present invention provides a bioreactor controller with a simple user interface comprising a microcontroller and a linear motor. The bioreactor controller is microcontroller-based, has a greater temporal accuracy, and inexpensive. The microcontroller of the bioreactor controller selects a protocol mode and a setup mode by the user, runs the protocol mode if the setup mode is not selected by the user, stops running the protocol mode for a predetermined time if the protocol mode is selected by the user until the user is completed with calculations and record-keeping, detects movement error of the bioreactor controller, and informs the error to the user.
DETERMINING FUNCTIONAL SAFETY STATE USING SOFTWARE-BASED TERNARY STATE TRANSLATION OF ANALOG INPUT
A safety module having a plurality of microcontrollers receives an analog input and determines a value of the analog input. The microcontrollers each determine a respective ternary state of the device by identifying, from three candidate ranges of values, a range of values in which the value falls, wherein at least two of the plurality of microcontrollers uses different candidate ranges of values, determining, based on the identified range, a ternary state corresponding to the range, and assigning the determined ternary state as the respective ternary state. The safety module determines whether the ternary states from the two microcontrollers map to a fault state, and, where they do, cause a command a command to be output to the device to enter a safe state.

Apparatus and associated methods relate to a connected pill dispenser configured to treat a patient's illness with a robotic arm adapted to deliver a prescribed medication dose to a patient in their home, analyze the patient's response to the dose based on various sensor inputs, automatically determine whether the patient took the medicine and send the provider the result of providing the medication dose to the patient. In an illustrative example, the patient may be a chronic, acute, or terminal illness patient. The medication dose may be, for example, a medication prescribed by a doctor to be taken in a specific amount at specific times. In some embodiments, the connected pill dispenser may automatically notify the patient when a medication dose is due. Various embodiments may determine if the patient consumed a medication dose based on machine vision, audio, or other sensor data, permitting caregiver notification of patient medication adherence, medication compliance, or non-adherence and sensor inputs as data on potential effectiveness and/or side effects.

A package scanning conveyance system that integrates a first two-dimensional image with at least a second two-dimensional image or a three-dimensional point clouds to calculate or estimate a package's physical properties, and/or determine if there are two or more packages in a pile. The captured imaging data is transformed by the inventive system to provide real-time feedback to a human operator to enable the operator to maintain an understanding of the system's performance. The imaging data may also be used to perform quality-checks on other parts of the package delivery and conveyance systems and document the condition of packages that have passed through the system.

A method of controlling an exoskeleton mobility device includes executing a control application with an electronic controller to perform: sensing at least one of an angular position or angular velocity of a stance/trailing leg during a single support dynamic state of a gait cycle; determining whether the angular position satisfies an advanced gait threshold; and when it is determined that the angular position satisfies the advanced gait threshold, the control system employs advanced gait control in which a duration of double support states between single support dynamic states is minimized. For advanced gait control the control system controls such that hip joint component velocities are non-zero during transitions from swing states to stance states, and knee joint component velocities are non-zero during transitions from stance states to swing states of the gait cycle. Each step of the gait cycle thus blends into a next step by way of hip joint component swing-to-stance extension, and/or knee joint component stance-to-swing flexion.

A method for interacting master and slave information in real time, comprising: collecting, by N slave control MCUs, sensor signals of sensors respectively connected thereto; feeding back, by the N slave control MCUs, the sensor signals to a master control MCU via a signal transfer panel; and when the sensor signals satisfy a pre-set condition, giving, by the master control MCU, a control instruction to a corresponding slave control MCU according to the pre-set condition, wherein both the sensor signals and the control instruction are transmitted between the master control MCU and the slave control MCUs via the signal transfer panel in an SP signal manner.
