The system retrieves one or more image profiles based on an identifier of the battery pack, where the one or more image profiles was previously captured for a battery pack as a reference. The system identifies abnormalities for the captured images in comparison with the reference. The system analyzes for abnormalities to identify any malfunctioning components in the battery pack.
