Touchless beverage dispensing
Systems and methods for beverage dispensing are disclosed herein. The beverage dispensing system can receive a connection request to pair a mobile computing device with a beverage dispensing device via a network. The connection request can include an identifier that can be verified to match a current identifier associated with the beverage dispersing device. The beverage dispensing system can generate a session between the mobile computing device and the beverage dispensing device that replicates a user interface of the beverage dispensing device on the mobile computing device. The beverage dispensing system can receive inputs from the mobile computing device during the session to obtain configuration parameters for a beverage and dispense the beverage from a nozzle based on the configuration parameters.
Dispenser control architecture
A control architecture for use with beverage product dispensers is provided. Instructions may be received at an interface module for performing one or more requested dispenser operations. The interface module may send the instructions to a dispense module. The dispense module may translate the instructions to predetermined commands associated with a dispenser. The one or more requested dispenser operations may then be performed based on the predetermined commands from the translated instructions.
CRAWLER-TYPE AUTOMATIC VENDING MACHINE AND AUTOMATIC VENDING METHOD THEREOF
A crawler-type automatic vending machine includes a replenishment unit, m transfer units, n container units, a detection and control unit, a cloud management platform and a payment system. The replenishment unit, the transfer units and the container units are connected successively to form an integral crawler-type automatic vending machine, wherein m and n are natural numbers other than 0; when n is equal to 1, m is equal 1; when n is greater than 1, m is equal to n+1; and when n is greater than 1 and m is equal to n+1, the m transfer units and the n container units are connected alternately, and the last unit is the transfer unit. When n is equal to 1 and m is equal 1, the transfer units and the container units are made into an integral structure.
MODULAR SYSTEM FOR FOOD ASSEMBLY
One variation of a food production station includes: a manual assembly zone; an autonomous assembly zone; and a controller. The manual assembly zone includes: a prep surface; and a receptacle configured to receive a sequence of food hoppers configured to store ingredients for manual preparation of food products on the prep surface. The autonomous assembly zone includes: a sequence of module housings supporting the prep surface and configured to house a sequence of food dispensing modules configured to dispense ingredients into food containers; and a conveyor located within the sequence of module housings and configured to transfer food containers along the sequence of food dispensing modules for dispensation of ingredients into food containers. The controller is configured to: receive food orders; and coordinate motion of the conveyor and trigger the sequence of food dispensing modules to dispense ingredients into food containers to assemble food products according to food orders.
User interface of beverage preparation machine
A beverage or foodstuff preparation machine (4) comprising: a component processing unit (14) to process a beverage or foodstuff component to prepare a beverage or foodstuff therefrom; and a control system (16) operable to execute a preparation process comprising controlling said component processing unit to prepare the beverage or foodstuff, the control system comprising a user interface (36), wherein the user interface comprises: a contactless sensor (40) operable to sense without physical contact a body part of a user; and a feedback unit operable to provide feedback to a sensor, said body part of a user; and in response to change a value of a parameter associated with the preparation process and to indicate via the feedback unit the change in value.
Controlled dispensing system and method
A controlled dispensing system includes a dispensing fixture and a server system coupled to the dispensing fixture and a mobile device via a communication network. The server system receives from the mobile device identification data of a user of the mobile device and verifies an identity or age of the user. In accordance with the verifying of the identity or age of the user, the server system transmits to the mobile device dispense approval data including an indication that the identity or age of the user is verified. The dispensing fixture obtains via an input peripheral a dispense code provided by the mobile device, the dispense code corresponding to the dispense approval data, and in accordance with the dispense code, causes a dispensing mechanism to dispense the controlled product.
Controlled dispensing system and method
A controlled dispensing system includes a dispensing fixture and a server system coupled to the dispensing fixture via a communication network. The dispensing fixture is configured to obtain via an input peripheral a first identifier associated with a controlled product and a second identifier associated with a dispensing requester; transmit the first and second identifiers to the server system; receive an approval notification from the server system; and instructing the dispensing mechanism to dispense the controlled product. The server system is configured to obtain a limit threshold corresponding to a maximum number of products associated with the first identifier that may be dispensed over a predetermined time period for a dispensing requester associated with the second identifier; and determine whether approving the dispensing operation would violate the limit threshold, and if not, update a dispensing history associated with the second identifier and transmit the approval notification to the dispensing fixture.
Content management on remote displays using URL rewriting
Technologies are disclosed herein for providing content management for deploying and updating a fleet of resources. A system for providing content management may include a web server or other apparatus configured to receive a local content request from a local device of a fleet of resources, the local content request comprising a canonical uniform resource locator (URL) that uniquely identifies the local device. The web server may be further configured to analyze the local content request to determine if the URL matches one or more rewrite rules, formulate a response to the local content request based on the analyzing, and transmit the formulated response.
