INTRACARDIAC PRESSURE SENSOR WITH CLIP STRUCTURE
The present technology relates to intracardiac pressure monitoring devices, and associated systems and methods. In some embodiments, the present technology includes a device for monitoring pressure within a patient's heart. The device can include a pressure sensor configured to reside within a first chamber of a heart of a patient, and a pressure transmission element configured to extend from the first chamber through a septal wall to a second chamber of the heart of the patient. When the device is implanted in the patient's heart, the pressure transmission element is configured to transmit pressure from the second chamber to the pressure sensor residing within the first chamber.
Occluder Pushing Device and Transport System
The present disclosure relates to an occluder pushing device and an occluder delivery system, wherein the pushing device includes a pushing component and a handle. The pushing component includes a pushing tube and a traction element slidably inserted into the pushing tube. The handle is fixedly connected to a proximal end of the pushing tube and internally provided with a moving component and a locking component. The moving component includes a translation mechanism and a rotation mechanism, where the translation mechanism is used to drive the traction element to move axially inside the pushing tube, and the rotation mechanism is used to drive the traction element to rotate axially inside the pushing tube. The locking component is used to lock relative positions of the traction element and the pushing tube, and the rotation mechanism includes a locking structure for locking or releasing linkage between the rotation mechanism and the traction element. The pushing device of the present invention has provided therein the locking component for locking the traction element and the pushing tube in relative positions, such that when the pushing tube pushes the occluder, the relative positions of the traction element and the pushing tube lock the occluder in a folded state, thereby preventing the occluder from being prematurely released before reaching a pre-determined position.
Sealing Device and Delivery System
The invention relates to a sealing device for repair of cardiac and vascular defects or tissue opening such as a patent foramen ovale (PFO) or shunt in the heart, the vascular system, etc. and particularly provides an occluder device and trans-catheter occluder delivery system. The sealing device would have improved conformity to heart anatomy and be easily deployed, repositioned, and retrieved at the opening site.
Implant, medical implant, and method for delivery of a medical implant
An intravascular delivery device is disclosed comprising a delivery wire having a proximal and a distal end and an interior lumen extending there between and wherein said distal end comprises a connection interface adapted to matingly interlock with a proximal end portion of a medical implantable device, wherein said delivery device comprises a locking unit arranged to secure said connection interface in a locking position in which said medical implant is pivotably locked before a controlled release.
Embolisation systems
A bristle device for delivery into a body lumen comprises a longitudinally extending stem 1 and a plurality of bristles extending generally outwardly from the stem for anchoring the device in a body lumen. There may be at least two bristle segments and in some cases there are flexible sections between the segments. The flexible sections articulate to enable the device to pass through a catheter placed in a tortuous anatomy or to be deployed in a curved vessel, or across a bifurcation. In some cases at least some of the bristle segments are spaced-apart to accommodate bending of the bristles.
In-tube transit object
An in-tube transit object that is inserted in a tube includes: a coil section formed by winding a wire; and a fiber section attached to an end on one side and an end on the other side in a winding-axis direction of the coil section. The coil section is formed with a large diameter section, through which fiber of the fiber section is inserted, at the end on the one side and the end on the other side, and is inserted in an extending state in the winding-axis direction when the in-tube transit object is inserted into the tube. The fiber section is configured to expand when seen in the winding-axis direction in the case where the in-tube transit object is inserted in the tube and then discharged from the tube, which brings the coil section into a compressed state in the winding-axis direction.
Methods and Systems for Controlling Cooperative Surgical Instruments with Variable Surgical Site Access Trajectories
Systems, devices, and methods for controlling cooperative surgical instruments with variable surgical site access trajectories are provided. Various aspects of the present disclosure provide for coordinated operation of surgical instruments accessing a common surgical site from different approach and/or separate body cavities to achieve a common surgical purpose. For example, various methods, devices, and systems disclosed herein can enable the coordinated treatment of tissue by disparate minimally invasive surgical systems that approach the tissue from varying anatomical spaces and must operate differently, but in concert with one another, to effect a desired surgical treatment.
ADJUSTABLE INTERATRIAL SHUNTS AND ASSOCIATED SYSTEMS AND METHODS
The present technology is generally directed to interatrial shunting systems and associated devices and methods. For example, a system configured in accordance with embodiments of the present technology can include a shunting element implantable into a patient at or adjacent a septal wall. The shunting element can have a lumen that fluidly connects a left atrium and a right atrium of the patient to facilitate blood flow therebetween when the shunting element is implanted. In some embodiments, the system further includes a flow control element to selectively control blood flow between the left atrium and the right atrium.
OCCLUDER, OCCLUDING SYSTEM, AND KNOTTING METHOD FOR TIGHTENING ELEMENT IN OCCLUDER
Disclosed is an occluder for occluding a defect in a vasculature. The occluder includes: two occluding disks and a tightening element. The two occluding disks is configured for covering different openings of the defect; wherein the tightening element includes a tightening thread, the tightening thread passing through the defect and being connected to the two occluding disks, the tightening thread has a length between the two occluding disks and the length is adjustable by means of a free end of the tightening thread. Further provided are an occluding system provided with the occluder, a knotting method for the tightening element of the occluder and a method for occluding an oval foramen with the occluder.
MEDICAL IMPLANTABLE INTERATRIAL SEPTAL DEFECT OCCLUSION DEVICE
The present invention relates to a medical implantable interatrial septal defect occlusion device to occlude the congenital cardiac malformations such as Atrial Septal Defect (ASD) and Patent Foramen Ovale (PFO) providing hemodynamics between two atria. The occlusion device includes distal and proximal discs having expandable shape memory characteristics, pre-created sealed potential fenestrations which are sealed with biocompatible polymeric patch and sutures to be perforated and used for any possible intervention needed.
