SMART FACTORY MONITORING SYSTEM
A smart factory monitoring system of the present disclosure includes a sensor module including a plurality of sensors mounted on various facilities of a factory to detect different physical properties and converting communication protocols of a plurality of sensor data into an integrated protocol, an integrated management module integrating and managing data measured by the sensor including the plurality of sensor modules through a pattern or trend analysis, a management server backing up and managing data on the pattern or trend analyzed by the integrated management module and providing the data according to a request of an external device, and a manager terminal connected to the integrated management module or the management server to perform monitoring at a remote location. Accordingly, it is possible more accurately to detect abnormal signals of equipment through trend analysis or pattern analysis for data measured by each sensor.
Systems and methods for monitoring manufacturing processes
A system for monitoring a process step during manufacturing of an assembly sheet includes a detection camera configured to capture a first image of the assembly sheet, the first image including a locating feature of the assembly sheet, a vacuum hold-down device for selectively inhibiting advancement of the assembly sheet along a process step line for a predetermined measurement time, and a measurement camera configured to capture a second image of the assembly sheet responsive to the vacuum hold-down device inhibiting advancement of the assembly sheet, the second image including one or more features of a coupon of the assembly sheet.
FACTORY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
A factory management system has a database for managing a factory in which a production line is provided. The factory management system includes a communication unit, a collection and storage unit and a compilation and display unit. The communication unit connects production facilities of the production line with host systems such that the production facilities and the host systems communicate with each other. The collection and storage unit is one of the host systems and collects production status data on a production status from the production facilities via the communication unit and stores the production status data in the database. The compilation and display unit is provided separately from the collection and storage unit via a communication interface. The compilation and display unit compiles a predetermined data out of the production status data stored in the database and display the first predetermined data.
Dispatcher system for semiconductor manufacturing plant
A dispatcher system associated with a manufacture execution system (MES) of a plant, where the MES uses a production database storing a table containing state information of a plurality machines in the plant to manage operation of the plurality of machines, the dispatcher system including a cache device to store a random accessible data sheet mapped to the table; and a processing device to provide a user interface to receive a dispatch application constructed based on a plurality of dispatch rules, the dispatch application comprising a database command directed to access the state information stored in the production database, convert the database command into a key-based search instruction in a target programming language, execute the key-based search instruction using a key to access the random accessible data sheet to generate a production plan, and issue the production plan to the MES to manage the operation of the plurality of machines.
