Systems, methods, and devices are disclosed herein for the integrated design and deployment of process control logic and power control logic in the context of industrial automation environments. In an implementation, a programmable logic controller executes process and power control logic to control an industrial automation process. The programmable logic controller transmits power control instructions to a power control module on the network of the electrical subsystem of the industrial automation process according to the power control logic. The power and process control logic executed by the programmable logic controller are designed in an integrated design environment. The programmable logic controller polls the power control module for information about the electrical devices on the network, then transmits this information to the integrated design environment which populates application for use in designing the power control logic.
OPERATOR INTERFACE WITH INTEGRATED INDUSTRIAL POWER SYSTEM MANAGEMENT CAPABILITIES
Systems, methods, and devices are disclosed herein for the integrated design and deployment of process control logic and power control logic in the context of industrial automation environments. In an implementation, a human-machine interface communicates with a programmable logic controller to effect control of both manufacturing and electrical devices of an industrial automation process in an integrated control environment displayed on a computing device. The human-machine interface displays objects representing the devices and receives user inputs controlling the operation of the devices including operations such as load-shedding and power transition operations. The human-machine interface also displays high-priority information about the devices. The integrated control is designed in an integrated design environment which includes representations of process control logic for controlling manufacturing devices and of power control logic for controlling electrical devices.

METHODS, SYSTEMS AND COMPUTER PROGRAM PRODUCTS FOR GENERATING AND IMPLEMENTING ENGINEERING DATA WITHIN PROCESS CONTROL SYSTEMS
The invention enables generation of engineering data, for subsequent retrieval and implementation for a batch process. In an embodiment, the invention comprises (i) executing a processor implemented unit model editor, (ii) generating a unit model that includes data corresponding to a unit represented within a P&ID; (iiia) generating a control logic drawing corresponding to the unit represented within the P&ID, and (iii-b) generating a graphic drawing corresponding to the unit represented within the P&ID—both based on data parsed from the unit model, (iv) executing an operation sequence editor, (v) generating one or more operation sequences corresponding to the unit, and (vi) generating a wrapper object that includes the generated control logic drawing, the generated graphic drawing and the generated one or more operation sequences. Each of the control logic drawing, graphic drawing, and operation sequences may be implemented on formats that are different from the others.

A machining control system according to an aspect of the present disclosure includes: a program storage unit which stores a machining program including a plurality of data blocks; a program cache unit which temporarily stores a part of the machining program; a schedule storage unit which stores schedule information specifying a transmission sequence to the program cache unit of the plurality of data blocks; a transmission control unit which controls transmission of the data blocks to the program cache unit from the program storage unit, based on the schedule information; and a machining processing unit which reads out the data blocks from the program cache unit and performs processing required in machining.

A manufacturing device inputs design information including three-dimensional structure data, generates a manufacturing process flow, and displays the manufacturing process flow on a screen for a user to check, modify, and confirm the flow based on design information and setting information. A process method includes a first process method of a direct modeling method having an FIB method and a second process method of a semiconductor manufacturing process method which is a non-FIB method. The manufacturing device generates a plurality of manufacturing process flows by a combination of cases where each of the process methods is applied to each of the regions of the three-dimensional data. The manufacturing process flow includes a process device, the process method, a control parameter value, a process time, and a total process time for each of process steps. An output unit outputs a manufacturing process flow having, for example, the shortest total process time.
METHOD FOR DESIGN OF A MANUFACTURING PROCESS USING AN INTERERENCE AND CLEARANCE DATABASE
A method for designing a designing a product manufacturing process has been developed. First, a final manufacturing assembly is loaded into a manufacturing process design engine. Next, clearance and interference checks are performed for all objects used during the manufacturing process with an interference and clearance calculation engine. The checks are based on data retrieved from an interference and clearance database (ICD). If an interference or inadequate clearance is detected by the design engine, the manufacturing operation is redesigned. If no interference or inadequate clearance is detected, the manufacturing operation is optimized with a manufacturing process optimization engine. The product manufacturing process is finalized once the optimization is complete.
