SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MONITORING A PLURALITY OF ASSETS
Systems and methods for monitoring a plurality of assets using a plurality of location tags are provided. The plurality of assets includes a conveyor system and at least one other asset. At least a subset of the location tags is positioned at a fixed position along the conveyor system, and at least one location tag is positioned at the at least one other asset. Each location tag includes at least one environmental sensor and a communication interface. The communication interface is configured to transmit a sensor signal to a network system and at least one information signal to a mobile receiver. The mobile receiver moves with respect to the conveyor system such that the distance between the mobile receiver and the subset of the location tags continuously changes, and a position of the mobile receiver is determined based on a signal strength of the information signal.
Control device
A control device includes a setting detection unit that detects a setting operation on a value of a setting item related to control of the industrial machine and a notification unit configured to notify information related to the setting operation. The setting detection unit can detect a setting operation caused by execution of an MDI program, a setting operation caused by execution of a machining program, a setting operation caused by an external signal, and a setting operation caused by a higher-level management server. The notification unit provides a notification using a guidance message, a popup window, voice, an external signal, or information transmission via a network.
Artificial intelligence alarm management
An alarm rationalization system receiving and responsive to industrial process information collected from a process control system for identifying one or more alarms and executing an artificial intelligence (AI) alarm engine. The AI alarm engine builds a process/domain model based on the received industrial process information and historized alarm information to evaluate the alarms in accordance with a predefined alarm philosophy. The AI alarm engine then generates a plurality of alarm definitions based on the model to optimize the alarms. The AI alarm engine automatically populates a Master Alarm Database (MADB) with the alarm definitions. The alarms are then rationalized based on the alarm definitions stored in the MADB.

Method for intelligent monitoring of CNC processing based on industrial IoT, implemented by industrial IoT management platform, including: determining a CNC processing parameter and simulated processing data corresponding to the CNC processing parameter by performing a CNC process simulation based on the information to be processed; controlling a CNC processing device to perform the task to be processed based on the CNC processing parameter; collecting actual processing data during a performance of the task to be processed according to a monitoring frequency by a monitoring device; performing a deviation determination on the actual processing data and the simulated processing data; when a result of the deviation determination satisfies a preset alert condition, generating a processing alert instruction and sending the processing alert instruction to an alert device of a user platform; and controlling the CNC processing device to adjust the tool feed step length based on the actual processing data.
