INFORMATION PROCESSING APPARATUS, INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD, AND INFORMATION PROCESSING SYSTEM
An information processing apparatus acquires detection information of a physical quantity that changes according to an operation state of a target device, transmits an acquisition request to the target device at predetermined time, to acquire context information relating to an operation status of the target device in response to the acquisition request, specifies a processing period in which the target device is in the middle of processing of the target object based on the predetermined time and the context information, extracts processing period detection information of the specified processing period from the detection information, and determines an occurrence of a defect relating to processing by the target device during the processing period based on the processing period detection information and the context information used for specifying the processing period.
Process abnormality identification using measurement violation analysis
The subject matter of this specification can be implemented in, among other things, a method, system, and/or device to receive current metrology data for an operation on a current sample in a fabrication process. The metrology data includes a current value for a parameter at each of one or more locations on the current sample. The method includes obtaining a reference rate of change of the parameter value of the parameter for each of the one or more locations. The method further includes determining a current rate of change of the parameter value for each of the one or more locations. The current rate of change is associated with the current sample. The method further includes comparing the current rate of change of the parameter value to the reference rate of change of the parameter value and identifying an instance of abnormality of the fabrication process based on the comparison.
OPERATION ORDER SYSTEM
An operation order system includes a management apparatus that manages processing executed by a plurality of processing machines and operations performed on the processing machines by operators and that determines a next operation for each operator based on an operation state of the operator, and portable terminal that can be carried by the operator and via which the operator can input the operation state of the operator so that the portable terminal transmits the input operation state to the management apparatus through wireless communication, the portable terminal receives the next operation from the management apparatus through wireless communication and displays the received next operation. The portable terminal receives, as the operation state, operation start information or operation completion information input from the operator indicating that the operator has started or completed the operation at a home position in a facility.
INDUSTRIAL PROCESS HISTORIAN TIME SYNCHRONIZATION OF SOURCE BASED TIMESTAMP EVENT DATA
Provided herein are systems, methods, and software for preserving timestamp data in an industrial automation environment. In one implementation, one or more computer-readable storage media having program instructions stored thereon to preserve timestamp data in an industrial automation environment, wherein the program instructions, when executed by a computing system, direct the computing system to at least receive, at a controller, event data of an event from an electronic device, wherein the event data comprises a status of the event and the timestamp of the event. The program instructions also direct the computing system to determine an identification value based on the event data and load the status of the event, the timestamp of the event, and the identification value to a queue within the controller. The timestamp of the event includes the timestamp transmitted from the electronic device.
Display method, display device, and recording medium
A display method of a manufacturing status to visualize a manufacturing status of products each manufactured through processing performed by a plurality of apparatuses included in a manufacturing line includes identifying, for each product to be manufactured in a certain manufacturing unit, a starting time or an ending time or both of the processing performed on the product by a first apparatus and a starting time or an ending time or both of the processing performed on the product by a second apparatus based on log information of the first apparatus and log information of the second apparatus, the first and the second apparatuses being included in the manufacturing line, the second apparatus performing the processing after the processing performed by the first apparatus, using a processor.
METHOD AND SYSTEM TO INCREASE OPERATOR AWARENESS
A method and system to increase operator awareness for process control application providing operators team real time information on controlled process and equipment immersing them into augmented and virtual reality, provided by a computing system which collects and integrates data from process and equipment, leaving equipment, controls, and procedure unmodified. The method is creating an augmented and virtual reality for the operating crew, giving them real time supplementary information based on two types of simulation, one using models and one using process data and learning procedures, together with rich equipment data, equipment locator, enhanced communication and enhanced data acquisition from supplementary sources as surface and airborne robotic and operator headset additional equipment meant to monitor operator bio-parameters and operator's surrounding environment in order to assure that control is sound and sober, and operators are safe and secure all time providing an optimum high efficiency operation of the controlled process.
TEMPERATURE MONITORING DEVICE, TEMPERATURE MONITORING METHOD, INFORMATION PROCESSING PROGRAM AND RECORDING MEDIUM
A temperature monitoring device of the present invention includes: a current value acquisition portion (50) that acquires a current value supplied for the motor; a calorific value inference portion (20) that infers a calorific value through a first thermal model indicating a relationship between the current value and a calorific value of a servo driver (2); and an anomaly judgment portion (10) that compares the calorific value with a threshold, so as to judge whether there is heating anomaly.
System and method for visual state identification of automation systems
A system for visual state identification including: a visual display system including a plurality of light displays, each of the light displays provided to different physical locations on an automation system; an execution device operatively connected to the visual display system, including: an input device configured to receive data from the automation system; and computer readable instructions which, if executed by a processor, cause the processor to: receive input data; determine the state of the automation system based on the input data, wherein the state may include an area of interest related to one of the different physical locations; communicate with the visual display system to selectively light a portion of one or more of the plurality of light displays to display the state of the automation system and the physical location of the area of interest.
