Visualization system
A visualization system includes: a first creation section configured to create, for each product manufacturing unit, a line segment connecting a start or end time of a first step to a start or end time of a subsequent second step; a second creation section configured to identify, based on a change log of a step characteristic factor at each manufacturing step, any change in step characteristic factor observed at the first and second steps, and to create a display object representing magnitude of the change in step characteristic factor or including a region representing an attribute of the changed step characteristic factor; and a display control section configured to cause: to display a line segment representing the time axis, created by the first creation section, and the display object, and to display the display objects over positions of the start or end times on time axes of their associated steps.
Monitoring device and monitoring method of main spindle rotation speed in machine tool, and machine tool
A monitoring device of a main spindle rotation speed in a machine tool displays a variation state of the rotation speed by a rotation speed variation unit using a display unit in the machine tool. The monitoring device includes a drawing unit, a variation position display unit, and a reduction effect index display unit. The drawing unit is configured to display a variation diagram that illustrates a relationship between a variation amplitude and a variation cycle of the rotation speed. The reduction effect index display unit is configured to display a reduction effect index on the variation diagram. The reduction effect index represents a reduction effect of chatter vibration. The reduction effect index is calculated based on a speed ratio that is a ratio of a rotation speed of one rotation before to a rotation speed at an identical rotation position of the main spindle at any given timing.
ASSISTANCE DEVICE AND MECHANICAL SYSTEM
An assistance device configured to assist operations with respect to a plurality of machines is provided with: an information storage unit for storing machine information including at least one of maintenance history information, abnormality history information, and predicted service life information for each of the plurality of machines, in association with identification information of the machine; a criteria accepting unit for accepting search criteria for specifying desired machine information; and an information retrieval unit for comparing the search criteria accepted by the criteria accepting unit with the machine information stored in the information storage unit, and extracting the identification information of the machine corresponding to the machine information matching the search criteria.
Methods and apparatus to provide a role-based user interface
Methods and apparatus to provide a role-based user interface are disclosed herein. An example system disclosed includes a display device to depict a user interface. The example system also includes a processor. The example processor is to receive object information for an object in a process control system during a session, determine a user role based on the session, determine whether the object information is qualifying information based on the user role, and display the object information via the user interface when the object information is qualifying information.
SCADA WEB HMI CLIENT DEVICE AND SCADA WEB HMI SYSTEM
The SCADA web HMI client device runs a plurality of web browsers communicating with a web server. A first web browser is displayed on first monitor and draws an HMI screen for monitoring and controlling an industrial plant. A second web browser is displayed on a second monitor and draws the HMI screen. An operation right table is obtained from the web server. If, in the operation right table, the first web browser is not permitted to operate the HMI screen, an operation part positioned on the HMI screen of the first web browser is drawn in an inoperable state. If, in the operation right table, the second web browser is permitted to operate the HMI screen, the operation part positioned on the HMI screen of the second web browser is drawn in an operable state.
DISPLAY METHOD AND CONTROL DEVICE
A display method includes storing, in a storage unit, first history information in which a processing is executed by a substrate processing apparatus based on a recipe; storing, in the storage unit, second history information in which an execution instruction for a job is received to instruct execution of the processing; and calculating, based on the first history information and the second history information, a first idle time indicating a time during which the processing is not performed and a second idle time indicating a time from an end of the job to a start of execution of a next job, and displaying the first idle time and the second idle time.
Visualized data generation device, visualized data generation system, and visualized data generation method
A visualized data generation device includes an acquisitor, an analyzer, and a generator. The acquisitor acquires manufacturing data including one or more pieces of first data Yi regarding a product state with respect to one product. The analyzer analyzes the first data Yi acquired by the acquisitor and derives a first index value with respect to each piece of the first data Yi. The generator generates visualized data including a first analysis result display region for causing a display device to display information about the first index value. The generator generates the visualized data in which an amount of information and a priority is set for each first analysis result display region on the basis of the first index value and a display form of the first analysis result display region is set on the basis of the amount of information and the priority.
Configurable safety logic solver
A control system may include a display device and a processor that receives one or more inputs from the display device. The processor may generate a cause and effect visualization to be depicted on the display device, such that the cause and effect visualization represents a cause and effect logic configured to control one or more operations of a first set of industrial devices based one or monitored conditions. The processor may receive the inputs via the display device, such that the inputs include one or more configuration settings associated with the operations of the first set of industrial devices, the monitored conditions, or any combination thereof. The processor may then control the one or more operations of the first set of industrial devices based on the cause and effect logic and the inputs.
MANAGEMENT DEVICE, MANAGEMENT METHOD, AND PROGRAM
The management device (10) is connected to a plurality of devices (20), and includes a first receiver (150) to receive a setting of processing to be performed on data output from at least one of the plurality of devices (20), an execution controller (120) to cause a processing unit (110) to execute the processing with the setting received by the first receiver (150), a second receiver (170) to receive a setting of a hierarchical relationship of the plurality of devices (20), and a device manager (180) to provide management information for displaying (i) the hierarchical relationship of the plurality of devices (20) according to the setting received by the second receiver (170) and (ii) information related to an execution state of the processing.
Systems and methods for configuring and presenting a display navigation hierarchy in a process plant
Techniques for configuring layouts and display view hierarchies and presenting display views in an operating environment of a process plant according to the layouts and display view hierarchies include providing graphical user controls at a graphical display configuration application for defining a layout. The layouts indicate a manner in which divide one or several display screens into one or several display regions, where each display region presents a display view that includes indications of process control elements. The graphical display configuration application also includes graphical user controls for defining a display view hierarchy of the display views by assigning levels of detail to the display views and designating some of the display views as subviews of other display views. An operator application obtains the defined layout and display view hierarchy and presents the display views at an operator workstation according to the obtained layout and/or display view hierarchy.
