This invention is a system for aggregating disparate remote rapid manufacturing resources for fulfillment of manufactured parts comprising: a set of user computer readable instructions executed on the user computer system for receiving a part. A server can be in communications with a manufacturing system or manufacturing machine. The server instructions can receive the part request, determine if the part request is accompanied by a digital part file, request a digital part file, receive manufacturing machine status information from a dynamic queue of available manufacturing machines, transmit manufacturing machine status information to a user, receive an order confirmation, transmit the order confirmation, receive confirmation that the part has been manufactured and ship the manufactured part to the user.
MODULAR BATCH DESIGN TOOL FOR BATCH ENGINEERING SYSTEMS
A method of batch system design for batch processes run by a batch processing system includes providing a piping and instrumentation diagram of the batch system and process write-ups of batch processes as inputs to a batch design tool. The algorithm processes the inputs along with modular batch design concepts and a compliant batch standard to derive batch engineering system designs including a first batch engineering system design compliant with the batch standard including a physical model and procedural model. The batch engineering system designs include function blocks for implementation. The first batch engineering system design is modified based on received customer' feedback by a system specific configuration generation block to generate system specific configurations in a form of master batch recipes, the function blocks and sequential function charts ladder logistics. The system specific configurations are processed to generate a customized batch engineering system design.

Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for determining 3D printing customizations for a user. One of the methods includes receiving data indicating a selection of a product design by a user for creation of a three-dimensional product that includes a plurality of attributes, determining a style which includes values for some of the plurality of attributes and that is associated with the user, for each of the plurality of attributes determining whether the style includes a value for the respective attribute, and upon determining that the style includes a value for the respective attribute, customizing the product design using the value for the respective attribute, or upon determining that the style does not include a value for the respective attribute, customizing the product design using a default value for the respective attribute, and providing data for the customized product design for the three-dimensional product.

A cosmetic manufacturing apparatus includes a main body providing a cosmetic manufacturing space; a part supply unit providing at least one of a mixing container for accommodating cosmetic materials and a component constituting a cosmetic container; a cosmetic material supply unit for discharging one or more cosmetic materials stored in a cosmetic material storage unit to the mixing container; a conveying means for moving at least one of the mixing container and the component constituting the cosmetic container which have been provided to the part supply unit; and a control unit for controlling at least one of the cosmetic material supply unit and the conveying means so that the one or more cosmetic materials stored in the cosmetic material storage unit are mixed and accommodated into at least one of the mixing container and the component constituting the cosmetic container.
PRODUCTION OF COMPONENTS OF CUSTOM STRUCTURES
One aspect of the technology relates to a method for production of components of a custom structure. A design is electronically received remotely from a client, where the design has a structure having one or more three-dimensional components, and a graphic positioned on the structure. At least one two-dimensional manufacturing drawing is acquired from a database corresponding to each three-dimensional component, where each manufacturing drawing defines a cut location. In response to acquiring the at least one two-dimensional manufacturing drawings, the graphic is mapped to the two-dimensional manufacturing drawing consistently with the position of the graphic on the structure. Each acquired manufacturing drawing and the mapped graphic is electronically sent to a computer numeric control (CNC) cutting system.

According to an embodiment of the disclosure, there is provided a cosmetic manufacturing apparatus including: a control unit for calculating a first composition ratio based on the user's skin condition measured by a measurement sensor, receiving cosmetic purchase history of the user from an operating server, and calculating a second composition ratio by modifying the first composition ratio with a preset algorithm based on the purchase history; and a cosmetic material supply unit which discharges cosmetic materials according to one of the first composition ratio or the second composition ratio, so that a cosmetic is manufactured according to the one of the first composition ratio or the second composition ratio.
