System and method for equipment monitoring using a group candidate baseline and probabilistic model
Systems and methods are provided for monitoring equipment in a semiconductor manufacturing facility. A processing device maintains baseline measurement record generated from measurements performed by a plurality of tools over a first time range. A measurement record is received, the measurement record corresponding to a measurement performed on a wafer, the wafer having been processed by a first tool of the plurality of tools. The measurement record is stored in a drift candidate table corresponding to a second time range. A determination is made as to whether the measurement record satisfy a set of excursion rules in view of the drift candidate table, and, in response to the determination, the measurement record is stored in an alert table.

The present invention provides a defect classification system including imaging means for causing an imaging device to image paper that has passed through a dry part and acquiring image data obtained by the imaging, detection means for detecting a defect in the paper in the image data, extraction means for extracting a feature amount of the defect, calculation means for causing a classification model in which a reference feature amount is previously set to calculate a certainty factor in a defect cause item on the basis of the feature amount of the defect, and display means for displaying the certainty factor, in which the classification model is caused to learn the reference feature amount using machine learning from a relationship between respective feature amounts of defects previously stored and a plurality of defect cause items.

A sorting method automatically sorts workpieces produced in a flatbed machine tool according to a scheduled sorting process by a sorting device. The method includes: providing at least one piece of process information created as a result of manufacturing of the workpieces; analyzing the at least one piece of process information, such that it is determined whether there is a sorting disruption; and upon determining that there is the sorting disruption, automatically modifying the sorting process.

A power distribution unit and a fault detecting method applied in the power distribution unit are disclosed herein. The power distribution unit includes an input terminal, an insulation fault detection circuit and a processing circuit. The insulation fault detection circuit is configured to detect an insulation resistance value between a ground terminal and the positive power line or the negative power line. The processing circuit is configured to output a warning signal according to the insulation resistance value.

A method of producing a set of parts which may be assembled to form a product generally consisting of programming a CNC machine to selectively execute a first routine to form a set of parts from a first panel of material, and generate a map of the layout of the parts on the first panel, provided with identifying indicia, and a set of labels each provided with machine readable indicia identifying the part and operator readable indicia permitting the operator to identity the part on the map, and a second routine to form selected ones of the set of parts from a second panel of material, loading the first panel on the machine, operating the machine to execute the first routine, attaching each of the generated labels to its corresponding formed part, matching identifying indicia on generated labels and map, removing the set of labeled parts from the worktable, identifying labeled parts deemed defective, machine scanning the machine readable indicia on the labels of produced parts deemed defective, loading a second panel of material on the machine, operating the machine to execute the second routine to reproduce the defective parts and replacing the defective parts with reproduced parts.
