REPLACING A CONTROLLER ON A PROCESS DEVICE
A method for replacing a controller on a process device that avoids downtime on a process line. The method may include retrieving data from a first controller on a valve assembly, the data comprising information that defines values for operating parameters on the first controller, removing the first controller from the valve assembly, coupling a second controller to the valve assembly, and storing data on the second controller, the data comprising information that defines the values for operating parameters corresponding with the first controller.
Maintenance operation support device, maintenance operation support method, and non-transitory computer readable storage medium
A maintenance operation support device includes a procedure information outputter configured to output procedure information representing an operation procedure of maintenance operations for a facility, the procedure information being obtained by combining action definition information for defining actions of a setting tool that adjusts or sets the facility and operation definition information for defining operations to be instructed to a maintenance operator who performs the maintenance operations for the facility.
System and method for interactive cognitive task assistance
A cognitive assistant that allows a maintainer to speak to an application using natural language is disclosed. The maintainer can quickly interact with an application hands-free without the need to use complex user interfaces or memorized voice commands. The assistant provides instructions to the maintainer using augmented reality audio and visual cues. The assistant will walk the maintainer through maintenance tasks and verify proper execution using IoT sensors. If after completing a step, the IoT sensors are not as expected, the maintainer is notified on how to resolve the situation.
STACK BASED REPAIR SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A method can comprise: determining a plurality of potential repair processes for the stack of IBRs, each repair process associated with a defect on an inspected IBR; generating a finite element model of the stack of IBRs with a potential repaired defect of each inspected IBR being modeled, a plurality of vane stages disposed between adjacent inspected IBRs, and an engine case; performing a structural analysis and an aerodynamic analysis; determining whether the stack of IBRs with the potential repaired defect of each inspected IBR meets a structural criteria and an aerodynamic criteria; and repairing each IBR in the stack of IBRs with the repair process for the potential repaired defect for each inspected IBR in the stack of IBRs in response to determining the stack of IBRs meets the structural criteria and the aerodynamic criteria.
REMOTE WORK SUPPORT SYSTEM
A remote work support system includes a wearable device worn by a site worker, a mobile terminal carried by the site worker separately from the wearable device, and a support operator terminal used by a support operator who remotely supports the site worker. The wearable device includes an image capturing unit, a voice input unit, and a voice output unit. The wearable device transmits an image. The wearable device transmits and receives voice. The mobile terminal includes a display unit to display a received image. The support operator terminal includes a voice input unit, a voice output unit, and a display unit. The support operator terminal transmits and receive voice to and from the wearable device. The support operator terminal receives an image from the wearable device. The support operator terminal transmits an image to the mobile terminal.
Resource Allocation System for Maintaining a Production Facility
A resource allocation system for a production facility stores: a production schedule assigning production tasks to machines of the production facility, each production task comprising a production time window during which a machine is occupied with the production task; a maintenance schedule assigning maintenance tasks to service resources, each maintenance task comprising a maintenance time window during which a machine is occupied with the maintenance task; and a maintenance plan comprising maintenance rules for generating maintenance tasks, the maintenance rules at least comprising a scheduling rule from which a time after which a machine has to be maintained is derivable. The resource allocation system is configured for determining maintenance tasks for machines based on the maintenance rules, wherein the time window of a maintenance task for a machine is determined from a previous maintenance task, the scheduling rule for the machine and the production tasks for the machine, such that the time window of the maintenance task does not overlap with the production tasks.
MAINTENANCE PLAN FORMULATION DEVICE, METHOD, AND NON-TRANSITORY MEDIUM
A maintenance plan formulation device includes: a failure sign detection unit that acquires a state of at least an apparatus and detects an abnormality indicating a sign that appears before a failure of the apparatus occurs; a maintenance limit timing calculation unit that calculates a maintenance limit timing that indicates a limit of a maintenance timing of the apparatus with the abnormality thereof being detected; a maintenance timing calculation unit that calculates a maintenance timing of the apparatus based on the maintenance limit timing of the apparatus; and a maintenance timing output part that outputs the maintenance timing to a display apparatus.
Recommended maintenance notification system
First and second machine tools machine a workpiece and transmit machine status information each representing the status thereof to a server. A measurement device measures the workpiece machined by the first machine tool and transmits workpiece information representing a status of a defective workpiece to the server. The server includes a machining accuracy defect countermeasure database storing the status of the defective workpiece and a corresponding maintenance content, a machine status database storing the machine status information on the first and second machine tools, and a notification unit that extracts the maintenance content corresponding to the status of the defective workpiece when the status of the workpiece included in the workpiece information and the status of the defective workpiece included in the machining accuracy defect countermeasure database are similar to each other, and that outputs a notification recommending execution of the extracted maintenance content in the second machine tool when the machine status information on the first machine tool and the machine status information on the second machine tool are similar to each other.
Manufacturing management device
A manufacturing management device includes a determination section configured to determine the necessity of maintenance on any of the multiple production devices during production by the production line; and a conveyance management section configured to stop loading circuit boards, at a predetermined time, onto a reference device among the multiple production devices when it is determined that maintenance is necessary, the reference device being positioned upstream in the production line from a maintenance target device having a cause for maintenance.
Maintenance Operation Assistance System
Provided is a maintenance operation assistance system comprising: a failure knowledge database wherein failure knowledge data is recorded; a failure knowledge coupling unit for reconstructing partial failure knowledge data into failure knowledge data; and an inspection procedure generation unit for presenting an inspection procedure using the reconstructed failure knowledge data. The failure knowledge coupling unit evaluates and adjusts the relatedness of nodes among different instances of partial failure knowledge data, and connects the different instances of partial failure knowledge data. On the basis of the reconstructed failure knowledge data, the inspection procedure generation unit sets priorities for when presenting the inspection procedure, and presents the inspection procedure to a diagnostic interface unit in accordance with the priorities.
