PROACTIVE PREPARATION OF REPAIR SERVICE SITE
20240232816 · 2024-07-11 ·

Systems, methods and/or computer program products predictively automating configurations of modular service zones servicing physical assets, maximizing reuse of service zone(s) and optimizing time for servicing a plurality of physical assets. Digital twin models of physical assets are classified, and arranged into workflows for the service zones, sequencing services performed on physical assets arriving at service centers and preparing service zones based on types of services requested, the estimated time of arrival and similarities between classifications of different digital twins of physical assets. Based on sequences of the workflow, arrival times of physical assets and overlap between parts, tools, machines, etc., within various service zones, service center coordinates robotic systems to arrange service zones in a manner that minimizes waiting time between services, maximizes the number of physical assets repaired within a period of time and reduces rearrangement of service zones between the services provided to different physical assets.

ON-COMPONENT TRACKING OF MAINTENANCE, USAGE, AND REMAINING USEFUL LIFE

One embodiment is a system including a component for installation on a vehicle comprising a central maintenance computer (CMC); a configuration/maintenance module (CMM) associated with the component and including memory for storing component information, a sensor for detecting a condition and generating data indicative thereof; a microprocessor for processing the sensor data and updating the component information with the processing results; and a communications interface between the CMM and the CMC. The system further includes a remaining useful life (RUL) module associated with the component that periodically updates an RUL, the RUL module periodically updating an RUL value for the component and communicating the updated RUL value to the CMM for storage in the memory. The CMC communicates with the CMM to update the component information included in the memory based on information input to the CMC by a user or changes in a condition of the vehicle.

A mobile panel maintenance system including a mobile panel maintenance unit having a base supported for translational motion over a surface within a panel array and a carriage movably mounted to the base to position a panel maintenance assembly in relation to a panel surface for panel maintenance.

METHOD, DEVICE AND SYSTEM FOR ESTIMATING LEVEL OF DAMAGE OF ELECTRIC DEVICE

The present invention concerns a method for estimating a level of damage of an electric device. The method comprises the steps of: forming a histogram of operating cycles related to the electric device for which the level of damage estimation is performed, comparing the formed histogram to histograms of a collection of histograms or to combinations of histograms of the collection of histograms, each histogram of the collection of histogram being associated to a level of damage, in order to determine the histogram of the collection of histograms or the combination of histograms which is the closest from the formed histogram, determining an estimate of the level of damage of the electric device from the level of damage of the closest histogram or from the levels of damages of the histograms of the closest combination of histograms.

System and method for turbomachinery vane diagnostics

Systems and methods include an actuation system of turbomachinery includes a first actuator configured to control pitch of vanes of the turbomachinery and a first positioner configured to position the first actuator to control the pitch of the vanes. The actuation system also includes a second actuator configured to control the pitch of the vanes of the turbomachinery and a second positioner configured to position the second actuator to control the pitch. The actuation system also includes a controller system communicably coupled to the first and second positioners where the controller system is configured to drive the first positioner in an operation mode based at least in part on a set point. The controller system is also configured to set the second positioner in a diagnostic mode and obtain data from the first positioner and the second positioner where the data indicates operating conditions of the turbomachinery.

SCHEDULING METHOD AND PROGRAM FOR A SUBSTRATE TREATING APPARATUS

When a maintenance process for treating sections has reached its life at the time of allocating treatment of a certain substrate which uses the resources of the treating sections, the controller, based on a priority setting set beforehand by the user, allocates the treatment of the substrate if the priority setting is substrate treatment priority, and allocates the maintenance process before the treatment of the substrate if the priority setting is maintenance priority. This realizes treatment reflecting desires of the user concerning priority processes.

Automatic analyzer and maintenance supporting system

Provided are an automatic analysis device and a maintenance support system which prevent a failure that occurs between regular inspection periods to thereby reduce the downtime of the automatic analysis device. A maintenance support system acquires, from each of a plurality of automatic analysis devices (100), pulse information transmitted from the automatic analysis device (100) provided with a mechanism which is driven by a pulse motor, and a transmission means which transmits pulse information including tow among a driving pulse value for driving the pulse motor, a consumed pulse amount that is a pulse amount consumed when the pulse motor has actually been driven, and a remaining pulse amount obtained by subtracting the consumed pulse amount from the driving pulse value, and stores at least the consumed pulse amount.

System and method for measuring a health index of a plant
10018999 · 2018-07-10 · ·

Disclosed is a system and method for measuring a health index of a plant in which a condition of a lower level component is reflected. The actual measurement values of lower level components are reflected to the health index such that, when an actual measurement value of a certain component deviates from a normal range, if the deviation is less likely to trip the plant, the actual measurement value of the component has a minimal influence on the health index. The condition of the plant can be more easily and conveniently monitored based on only the health index of the uppermost level layer.
