An anomaly identification and classification follow, thus calculating a risk assessment, for estimating the risk that an anomaly might cause any event that requires a maintenance task to be executed on one or more assets of the fleet.

The variance is assigned to the machine part.

A first communication connection transmits data from the field to the central data evaluation unit, and a second communication connection transmits data in response to the target parameter from the central data evaluation unit back to the field and adjusts the industrial plant as a function of the target parameter.

The CMC communicates with the CMM to update the component information included in the memory based on information input to the CMC by a user or changes in a condition of the vehicle.
