SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SECURING TISSUE TO BONE
Methods and devices for securing soft tissue to a rigid material such as bone. A tissue capture anchor is described that comprises an anchor body and a spreader such that tissue may be captured or compressed between outside surfaces on the anchor and spreader and inside surfaces of a bone hole to secure the tissue within the hole. A bone anchor is described that comprises an anchor body with expandable tines and a spreader that expands the tines into bone. The spreader captures tissue via a suture loop at the distal end of the bone anchor. Also described is an inserter that can be used to insert the anchor into bone and move the spreader within the anchor to expand the anchor and capture the tissue between the anchor and the bone. Methods are described that allow use of single bone anchor to secure tissue to bone or also to use more than one bone anchor to provide multiple lengths of suture material to compress a large area of soft tissue against bone.
Suturing device, in particular for suturing lacerations of the meniscus
A suturing device, in particular for suturing lacerations of the meniscus, including a needle provided with a longitudinal cavity developing along a main direction, at least a first and a second member slidably inserted in said cavity and arranged in succession along said main direction and a surgical thread slidably inserted in the cavity and connected to the first and the second member. The first and the second member each comprises at least a pair of bodies connected together by means of a junction element.
Suture anchor for knotless fixation of tissue
A suture anchor for knotless fixation of tissue. The suture anchor includes an implant configured to hold a suture to be anchored in bone without requiring suture knots. The suture is secured in bone by inserting the implant holding the suture into a hole in the bone, and advancing a fixation device, such as a cannulated interference screw, over a shaft at the proximal end of the implant.
Anatomical tissue anchor and related methods
An anatomical tissue anchor includes a central body and tissue stabilizing arms extending outwardly from the central body. The tissue stabilizing arms are spaced apart from one another. The tissue anchor has a deployed state in which the central body defines an opening configured to allow an instrument to be passed therethrough and the tissue stabilizing arms extend radially outwardly from the central body.
KNOTLESS SUTURE ANCHOR
An apparatus and methods are provided for a suture anchor to fixate sutures and tissue to bone. The suture anchor comprises an elongate member to be inserted into a bone hole. Barbs along the length of the elongate member engage with an inner wall of the bone hole. An eyelet in a distal aspect of the elongate member is configured to receive a suture. First and second channels extend helically along opposite sides of the elongate member. The eyelet includes first and second openings on opposite sides of the distal aspect. The first opening and the first channel enable applying tension to the suture after implantation into the bone hole. The second opening enables placing the suture into a final position along the barbs after implantation into the bone hole. A proximal aspect of the elongate member receives an instrument for implanting the suture anchor into the bone hole.

CONTINUOUS TETHERED TISSUE ANCHOR AND ASSOCIATED SYSTEMS AND METHODS
The invention relates to tissue anchor in medical procedures. More specifically the invention relates to a tethered anchor. Tethered anchor including a tether portion and an anchor portion that are continuously braided with one another, the tether portion extending continuously from the anchor portion; and the anchor portion having a greater width than a width of the tether portion.
Montross button
Improved methods, devices, systems and surgical techniques in the field of surgery and, in particular, improved anchoring devices and related surgical techniques for a variety of surgical repair procedures.
NON-SLIDING SOFT ANCHOR
A method for coupling tissue includes aligning a guide tool on an outer surface of a first tissue; forming a bore in the first tissue aligned with the guide tool; deploying a non-slip suture construct through the (wide tool and into the bore; adjusting a saddle along a flexible member to a position adjacent to a soft anchor, wherein the saddle prevents the flexible member from slideably moving relative to the soft anchor; and threading the flexible member through a second tissue to secure the second tissue to the first tissue.
