Needle Set of Laparoscopic Surgery and Knotting Device Thereof
The present invention reveals a needle set of laparoscopic surgery and knotting device thereof, the needle set comprising a body and an axis sleeve. Near the body side is formed a barrier, and the other side have a concave groove. The axis sleeve is hollow tube and fixedly run through the body. Therefore the needle set can axial insert into to the axis sleeve, and achieve the effect that minimizing the complicate of overall structure, reducing the length of a knotting device, and more convenient to operate.
Knotting Assembly for Surgical Suture Line
A knotting assembly for surgical suture line has an outer tube and an inner tube being slidably mounted in the outer tube. The inner tube protrudes from the outer tube and forms a loop section between a distal end thereof and a distal end of the outer tube. A suture line is looped surround the loop section to form a pre-knot and a loop. The suture has an inner section being moveably inserted in the inner tube. The loop is inserted by at least one second suture line. While the inner section is pulled, the second loop is closed to hold the at least one second suture line and folds the second suture line and pulls the folded second suture into the inner tube to finish the knot.

Method and apparatus for cardiac procedures
Described herein are methods and apparatus for approximating targeted tissue using locking sutures. The locking sutures can be configured to receive suture ends that are interweaved through portions of the locking sutures. In a pre-deployment configuration, a locking suture can slide along suture tails and can be positioned at a target location within a target region. Once a desired position and/or tension is achieved, the locking suture can be transitioned to a post-deployment configuration where the locking suture constricts around the suture tails to inhibit relative movement between the suture tails and the locking suture.
Surgical suturing instruments
A surgical suturing instrument includes first and second jaw members each defining a hole for detachable receipt of opposite ends of a curved needle. The first jaw member is rotatable relative to the second jaw member to move and transfer the curved needle between the jaw members. A first elongate locking element is slidable within the first jaw member between non-locking and locking positions. When the first elongate locking element is in the locking position and the curved needle is disposed within the hole of the first jaw member, a portion of the first elongate locking element is received in a notch defined in an end of the curved needle to selectively secure the curved needle to the first jaw member.
DEVICES AND METHODS FOR CATHETER-BASED CARDIAC PROCEDURES
Systems, devices, and methods for performing catheter-based procedures in the heart. In specific embodiments a procedural catheter is introduced into the mediastinum from a suprasternal access site. The procedural catheter is passed through a wall of the heart, preferably at an extrapericardial location on the atrial dome. The procedural catheter is used to perform a procedure in the heart such as mitral valve repair or replacement, using remote catheter visualization techniques.
LOCKING DEVICE WITH LOCKING FEEDBACK FUNCTION AND HEART VALVE REPAIR SYSTEM
A locking device is provided. The locking device includes a locking assembly, a handle, and a locking feedback element. The locking assembly is configured to lock a target object. The locking assembly is coupled with the handle. The handle comprises a movable portion and a fixed portion. The movable portion is configured to move relative to the fixed portion to drive the locking assembly to lock the target object. The locking feedback element is movably disposed in the fixed portion, and is configured to cooperate with the movable portion of the handle to feed back whether the target object is locked. The disclosure further provides a heart valve repair system.
Apparatus and methods for Loading Suture
Various embodiments of a cartridge are disclosed, for loading a suture onto a suturing instrument and, in some embodiments, for loading a pre-tied knot formed from the suture onto the suturing instrument. The suturing instrument is typically of the type having a suture passing member defining a suture receiving passage therein. The cartridge may be operable to load the suture and/or the knot onto the suturing instrument at a point of use. In some embodiments, the cartridge defines a path for insertion thereto and withdrawal therefrom of the suturing instrument. The cartridge further comprises a seat for releasably holding a portion of a suture and a mechanism for transferring the suture from seat to the suturing instrument, various features of which are described herein.
Suture delivery system
A suture delivery system is described. The system includes an anchor and a cooperating driver, the driver facilitating a delivery of the anchor into the abdominal cavity. The system allows for the deployment of a suture internally into an abdominal wall.

Devices and methods for suture placement
A suturing device includes an elongate body, an actuator, and a curved needle holder. The elongate body includes a distal end portion extending along a longitudinal axis. The actuator is operable between a first operating position and a second operating position. The curved needle holder extends away from the distal end portion or is provided as part of the distal end portion of the elongate body. The curved needle holder includes a distal end section having a distal-most tip, and defines a curved needle passage and a distal opening adjacent the distal-most tip. A distance measured parallel with the longitudinal axis between where the curved needle holder begins to curve away from the longitudinal axis to either where the elongate body begins to curve away from the longitudinal axis or where the elongate body connects with a handle can be between about 10 cm to about 20 cm. Also, the distal-most tip can be offset from the longitudinal axis in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal axis an offset distance less than about 7 mm.
