SUTURE REPAIR DEVICE
An apparatus includes a handle, a cartridge configured to removably couple to the handle, an actuator movably coupled to the handle, and a lock operably coupled to the actuator. A first needle assembly and a second needle assembly of the cartridge are operably coupled to a first coupling portion and a second coupling portion, respectively, of the actuator when the cartridge is coupled to the handle. The first coupling portion is configured to transition the first needle assembly from a first configuration to a second configuration such that a first capture portion engages a first needle. The second coupling portion is configured to transition the second needle assembly from a first configuration to a second configuration such that a second capture portion engages the second needle. The lock is configured to selectively limit movement of the first coupling portion and the second coupling portion.
METHOD OF PREPARING A SUTURE FIXATION DEVICE FOR USE IN SURGERY TO TREAT PELVIC ORGAN PROLAPSE
A method of preparing a suture fixation device for use in surgery to treat pelvic organ prolapse includes providing a delivery device and a tissue fixation device. The tissue fixation device includes a tab connected to a tissue anchor, with the tissue anchor having a suture eyelet. The method includes instructing a user to hold the tab and insert the tissue anchor into the delivery device and breaking the tab away from the tissue anchor leaving the tissue anchor in the delivery device.
SUTURING KIT
A suturing kit includes a needle, a suture, a suturing device, a surgical patch and a sealed package. The suture attaches to the needle. The suturing device includes a portion configured to be inserted into a patient during a surgical procedure, a needle holder configured to receive the needle in a retracted position and at least one actuator configured to drive the needle in an advance direction toward a released condition. The surgical patch includes an opening large enough to receive either at least a portion of the needle holder adjacent a distal tip of the needle holder or the needle. The sealed package contains the needle, the suture, the suturing device and the surgical patch.
Deep cavity suture device
An apparatus for suturing tissue. The apparatus comprises shaft mounted jaw mechanism and a housing (containing mechanical components) mounted on the proximal portion of the shaft. The jaw mechanism comprises two pivoting jaws, each with reversibly lockable needle end openings, each configured to receive and exchange a curved needle and attached suture between the jaws in response to force applied to control mechanisms on the housing. The jaw mechanisms are controlled by locking rods and a jaw open-shut control rod that extends between the jaws and the housing. The housing contains spring loaded click cam mechanisms, often comprising a dual hollow cylindrical cam inner piston cam arrangement. The apparatus is configured so that a human operator, exerting force on the same control mechanism, can both open and shut the jaws and cause the needle to be exchanged between jaws.
PLANTAR PLATE REPAIR
A kit for plantar plate repair may include implants and instruments specific to the procedure, such as an implant assembly, a needle assembly, a distractor, a needle driver, and k-wires. Methods of assembling the items of the kit and methods of plantar plate repair are disclosed.

METHODS, SYSTEMS, AND DEVICES FOR SURGICAL SUTURING
Various exemplary methods, systems, and devices for surgical suturing are provided. In general, a loading element can be configured to facilitate loading of a plate into a surgical instrument configured to facilitate passage of a suture through tissue. The surgical instrument can be configured to advance the suture through a tissue of a patient, to capture a free end or looped end of the suture after the suture's advancement through the tissue, and to pull the captured suture out of the patient's body with a portion of the suture remaining passed through the tissue within the patient's body.
SUTURE MAGAZINE FOR SUTURE PASSING SURGICAL DEVICE
A surgical instrument for use in passing suture through tissue is provided that includes first and second jaws disposed on a distal end of an elongate shaft and configured to grasp tissue therebetween, and a needle selectively movable along a longitudinal channel extending through an outer side wall of the first jaw. The first jaw has a cavity configured to seat a removable and replaceable suture magazine. The suture magazine can be coupled to a suture magazine carrier that is removed before the surgical instrument is activated cause to the needle to advance distally and thereby pass a suture coupled thereto through tissue in a patient's body. As the needle is retracted proximally, a subsequent suture portion, such as a loop, is loaded onto the needle. The jaws remain in the body during passing the suture through the tissue.
Apparatus, device, and method for increasing force distribution at suture-tissue interface
The present disclosure relates generally to apparatus, devices, and methods for increasing force distribution at a suture-tissue interface. In some embodiments, a tissue suturing device may include a deployment device and a plurality of tissue supports deployable from the deployment device towards a target tissue. The plurality of tissue supports may each include a central opening for receiving a suture during deployment.
