BODYSUIT FOR EASY CHANGE OF DIAPERS
A bodysuit has a closure that is located near the waist area of the infant on which the bodysuit is worn. The bodysuit can have a water-resistant interior that is able to be wiped down and cleaned in the event of an accident. The bodysuit allows changing of the diaper without disturbing the infant.
UNDERGARMENT
An undergarment for covering a pelvic region of a wearer is adapted to finger graspable pulls shaped and located to aid a wearer with diminished motor capacity and/or manual (i.e., hand) dexterity to more easily put on and take off the undergarment independently, without needing precise finger, hand, and arm control. The undergarment desirably uses materials, color choices, and decorative trim and elements to make the finger pulls and/or to decorate the undergarment to make the undergarment look more aesthetically appealing and reduce resemblance to specialty medical garment used by medical patients.
ARTICLE OF APPAREL
A bra including a closure system, the closure system including a first layered fabric body, a second layered fabric body, a loop assembly secured to the first layered fabric body, and a hook assembly secured to the second layered fabric body. The hook assembly is configured to interface with the loop assembly to secure the first layered fabric body to the second layered fabric body, and the first layered fabric body includes a flexible supporting layer, where the flexible supporting layer is configured to provide rigidity to the second layered fabric body such that the second layered fabric body maintains a flat configuration when it is secured to the first layered fabric body.
Assistive garment
An assist garments worn on or below the waist has finger loops mounted on a band to assist in dressing and undressing.
SOCK
The invention relates to a sock (10). The sock (10) has a sole part (100) which is suitable for covering the sole of a foot (1) when the sock (10) is being worn. Furthermore, a toe region (200) of the sock (10) is suitable, together with the sole part (100), for receiving the entire toe region of the foot (1) when the sock (10) is being worn. The sock (10) furthermore comprises an instep part (300) which is suitable for at least partially covering the arch of the foot (1) when the sock (10) is being worn. A heel part (400) of the sock (10) is suitable for covering the heel of the foot (1) when the sock (10) is being worn. The sock (10) comprises an ankle closure part (600) which is suitable for closing the sock (10) in a releasable manner at the ankle of the foot (1) when the sock (10) is being worn.
INFANT SWADDLE DEVICE AND METHOD
A swaddle device includes a body portion and a pair of laterally extending wings. The first wing includes a first opening defined therein so that the infant's first arm can be inserted through the opening when swaddling the infant. A second opening is defined in the first wing adjacent to the first opening. A third opening can also be provided through the second wing to allow for the option of the infant to be swaddled with their first arm intentionally protruding, yet captured.
SEAM CLOSURE USING MAGNETIC FASTENERS
An improved adaptive garment has a shoulder seam closure of (1) a first panel containing one or more magnetic fasteners or a magnetic strip of a positive or negative polarity, and (2) a second panel containing one or more magnetic fasteners or a magnetic strip of opposite polarity. The magnetic elements of the first and second panels are attracted and attach to each other, such that the second panel overlaps the first panel and closes the shoulder seam. This improved adaptive garment permits those with limited dexterity or mobility, youngsters, or those with disabilities and/or other health conditions get dressed more easily and quickly, with or without the assistance of others. This shoulder seam closure further permits the adaptive garment not to use a back seam closure of magnetic fasteners, thereby eliminating their pressure against the wearer's back and the discomfort, pain or irritation they might cause, and permitting to contain a back vent or pleat.
CHILD JUMPSUIT
This invention relates to clothing, and specifically to child jumpsuits. A child jumpsuit includes a back part, a front part with a fastener, and legs; the fastener is designed from the neck on the front part with a shift to the side from the central front line across the sitting line up to the lateral seam near the waist line level on the back. The technical result of the proposed invention consists in achieving a more convenient use of the child jumpsuit, simplifying its design and increasing the wearer's comfort.
SOCKS AND OTHER FOOTWEAR WITH ENHANCED FEATURES
A sock and/or outer footwear having one or more portions with reduced frictional characteristics. One or more of the heel portion, the arch portion and the ball portion of the sock and/or interior of the outer footwear is fabricated with one or more fibers having the reduced frictional characteristics. The reduced frictional characteristics are established with the one or more low-friction fibers that are integrated with fibers having additional complementary characteristics of thermal regulation and moisture management. The provision of reduced frictional characteristics in one or more of the heel, arch and ball facilitates insertion of a foot into footwear.
SHIRTS CONFIGURED FOR ENHANCING WORKER MOBILITY
The present invention provides shirts, such as shirts that are worn as work uniform shirts, which are configured to provide significant improvements in a wearer's comfort, performance, and mobility over a predefined range of motions. Embodiments of the shirts comprise one or more stretch panels that are configured to provide for stretching of the shirt at an identified micro site in order to provide a wearer with enhanced mobility. In other embodiments, the manner in which the various portions of the shirt are shaped and connected together, and specifically the connection between the sleeve and the rear panel of the shirt, may be adjusted in order to provide a wearer with enhanced mobility.
