HEART VALVE CLAMP
The application relates to a heart valve clamp, comprises a fixed arm mechanism, a clamping arm mechanism, and a driving mechanism. The fixed arm mechanism comprises a fixed arm body and at least two fixed arms, extending outward from the fixed arm body, and integrally formed with the fixed arm body. The clamping arm mechanism comprises a clamping arm body connected to a bottom of the fixed arm body, and at least two clamping arms extending outward from the clamping arm bodies and integrally formed with the clamping arm body; and the driving mechanism comprises a second driving assembly that drives the fixed arm and the clamping arm to open or close. The fixed arm mechanism and the clamping arm mechanism of the entire heart valve clamp respectively forms an integral form, which can avoid the risk of the fixed arm or the clamping arm being disengaged, the stability of the whole structure is better. The fixed arm and the clamping arm clamp the valve leaflets under three-dimensional ultrasound and angiography navigation, so that the regurgitation area is reduced, which is capable of treating mitral or tricuspid regurgitation while keeping heat beating.
INTEROPERATIVE CLIP LOADING DEVICE
An intraoperative clip loading device includes an elongate body that can be positioned at a surgical site through a cannula during an endoscopic surgical procedure to provide a supply of ligation clips to the clip applier. The elongate body includes structure for supporting and advancing the ligation clips within the elongate body.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING A TRAY FOR STORING ANEURYSM CLIPS, AND TRAY FOR STORING ANEURYSM CLIPS
A method for producing a tray for storing aneurysm clips, in which a metal plate is equipped with perforations. The perforations are produced by laser cutting. The plate with the perforations is reshaped by bending to form a corrugated sheet or a sheet with trapezoidal corrugations. The sheet has at least one channel-like indentation for storing aneurysm clips. A tray for storing aneurysm clips includes a corrugated sheet or a sheet with trapezoidal corrugations equipped with laser-cut perforations. The corrugated sheet or sheet with trapezoidal corrugations has at least one channel-like indentation.
Modular surgical clip cartridge
A modular clip cartridge includes a body portion having a first wall and a second wall. The first wall defines a first protuberance, a second protuberance symmetrically opposed to the first protuberance, and a first mating feature disposed between the first and second protuberances. The second wall defines a first recess, a second recess symmetrically opposed to the first recess, and a second mating feature disposed between the first and second recesses. At least one clip compartment is defined in the body portion and configured to releasably retain at least one surgical clip therein. One of the first and second mating features of the modular clip cartridge is configured to selectively engage one of a first and a second mating feature of another modular clip cartridge to selectively connect the first modular clip cartridge and another modular clip cartridge into a unitary arrangement to define a modular surgical clip pack.
CLIP CARTRIDGE
A cartridge may include a pair of side walls separated by a compartment, the compartment being configured to receive a surgical clip, and a base member supporting the pair of side walls. The pair of side walls may extend at an acute angle relative to a vertical axis of the base member to hold the surgical clip at the acute angle. The acute angle may be greater than 10° and/or about 20-30°. The cartridge may also include a pedestal extending between the pair of side walls and configured to support the surgical clip, where the pedestal is disposed at the acute angle. The cartridge may further include a retainer configured to retain the surgical clip in the compartment, the retainer including a pair of fingers configured to contact the surgical clip, where the pair of fingers are oriented at the acute angle.
SURGICAL INSTRUMENT KITS FOR SEQUENCING USER OPERATIONS
A kit for a powered surgical instrument causes the performance of a homing initiation procedure prior to the connection of a connectable component to the powered surgical instrument. The kit includes a powered surgical instrument, and end effector for coupling to the powered surgical instrument, and a blister pack housing at least the powered surgical instrument.
Clip applier comprising a rotatable clip magazine
A surgical device comprising a housing, a shaft extending from the housing, an end effector extending from the shaft, a feeder drive, a rotatable clip magazine, and a rotary input is disclosed. The shaft defines a shaft axis and comprises a feeding chamber. The feeder drive is configured to move between a proximal position and a distal position relative the shaft. The rotatable clip magazine is configured to rotate about the shaft axis. The rotary input is selectively engageable with the feeder drive and the rotatable clip magazine. The rotary input is configured to be engaged with the feeder drive and the rotatable clip magazine to consecutively feed a clip from and deliver a clip to the feeding chamber.
Clip applier comprising a movable clip magazine
A surgical device for clipping tissue is disclosed. The surgical device comprises a housing, a shaft extending from the housing, an end effector extending from the shaft, a motor, a rotary input configured to rotate in response to the motor, and a clip magazine comprising a plurality of clips. The shaft defines a shaft axis. The clip magazine is operably connected to the rotary input. The clip magazine is movable in a first direction through a clip feed stroke in response to the rotation of the rotary input. The clip magazine is movable in a second direction in response to the rotation of the rotary input. The second direction is transverse to the first direction.
Surgical instrument with wireless communication between control unit and remote sensor
A surgical instrument, such as an endoscopic or laparoscopic instrument. The surgical instrument may comprise an end effector comprising at least one sensor. The surgical instrument may also comprise an electrically conductive shaft having a distal end connected to the end effector wherein the sensor is electrically insulated from the shaft. The surgical instrument may also comprise a handle connected to a proximate end of the shaft. The handle may comprise a control unit electrically coupled to the shaft such that the shaft radiates signals as an antenna from the control unit to the sensor and receives radiated signals from the sensor. Other components electrically coupled to the shaft may also radiate the signals.
Hemostasis reloadable clipping device with sleeve engagement
