Targeting system for a periprosthetic bone plate
A targeting system is disclosed. In use, the targeting system is configured to target (e.g., aim, locate, etc.) a fastener opening in a bone plate, more particularly, a variable angled fastener opening formed in a periphery of a periprosthetic bone plate. In one embodiment, the targeting system includes an alignment guide including a plurality of combo-slots for targeting a plurality of openings formed in the periprosthetic bone plate. In addition, the targeting system includes a plug configured to be positioned within the combo-slots formed in the alignment guide. In use, positioning the plug into the combo-slot formed in the alignment guide transforms the combo-slot into a substantially circular hole or opening with a predefined trajectory aligned with one of the variable angled openings formed in the periphery of the periprosthetic bone plate thereby defining a trajectory from the alignment guide to the variable angled opening.
Chamfer guidance systems and methods
A surgical tool includes a handle and a trial section coupled to the handle by an engagement section. The trial section includes an upper surface and a lower surface. The upper surface has a shape that corresponds to an upper surface of an implant. The trial section defines a first slot extending from the upper surface to the lower surface and inwardly from a first side. A second slot extends from the upper surface to the lower surface and inwardly from a second side.
ORTHOPEDIC CUTTING APPARATUS AND GUIDE FEATURES
A surgical cutting apparatus includes a cutting tool with a cutting head extending along a longitudinal axis to an acting end portion. A cutting guide includes an engagement surface configured to engage a first side of a bone and forms an opening extending from a guide surface. The guide surface forms a guide contour offset from and aligned with a positive contour of a second side of the bone. A depth guide is connected with the cutting tool and defines a cutting depth along the longitudinal axis, wherein the depth guide engages the guide surface along the opening and the cutting depth is adjusted along the opening by the engagement of the depth guide with the guide contour.

GUIDE SYSTEM FOR EXTREMITIES AND RELATED METHODS
A system configured to guide one or more wires or fixation elements toward one or more bone segments of extremity bones is provided.
SYSTEMS, DEVICES, AND METHODS FOR PASSING IMPLANTS, SUTURES, OR TISSUES THROUGH BONE TUNNELS
Systems, methods, and devices for passing implants, sutures, or tissue through bone tunnels are provided. For example, disclosed herein are embodiments of a device for capturing and retrieving an implant, a suture, or tissue, wherein the device comprises a housing, a guide shaft, and a filament configured to slide freely within the guide shaft, and wherein the filament forms a bight configured to enlarge or shrink by advancing or retracting the filament.
Systems and methods for bone fixation
A system for providing fixation of first and second bones includes a drill guide that receives a drill bit to create first and second holes in the first and second bones, respectively. Guide pins can be driven into the first and second holes. The guide pins are received by a surgical saw to guide the surgical saw toward a joint between the first and second bones, thereby creating a third hole in each of the bones across the joint. The guide pins are then removed, and an implant can be inserted into the bones, such that a first leg of the implant is disposed in the first hole, a second leg of the implant is disposed in the second hole, and a keel of the implant is disposed in the third hole.
Osteotomy Guide
An osteotomy guide to improve accuracy and efficiency of tibial plateau leveling osteotomy (TPLO) procedure. The guide comprises a concave shaped body with two ends on the opposite sides of the body wherein both ends are flushed, or one end is flushed and the other end is extended to form a flare. The flare also comprises a first end which may be extended from the first end of the guide. The guide also comprises a tibial plateau facing inner surface and an outer surface opposite the inner surface. The inner surface has a notch or groove or notches or grooves, which can be used as a landmark for tibial rotation. Further, the area enclosed by the two ends and inner and outer surfaces has plurality of orifices or fixation holes that are used for placing, securing and inserting mechanisms to secure the guide. The guide is durable, reusable or single-use and available in different sizes.
