SOCK
The invention relates to a sock (10). The sock (10) has a sole part (100) which is suitable for covering the sole of a foot (1) when the sock (10) is being worn. Furthermore, a toe region (200) of the sock (10) is suitable, together with the sole part (100), for receiving the entire toe region of the foot (1) when the sock (10) is being worn. The sock (10) furthermore comprises an instep part (300) which is suitable for at least partially covering the arch of the foot (1) when the sock (10) is being worn. A heel part (400) of the sock (10) is suitable for covering the heel of the foot (1) when the sock (10) is being worn. The sock (10) comprises an ankle closure part (600) which is suitable for closing the sock (10) in a releasable manner at the ankle of the foot (1) when the sock (10) is being worn.
COLLAR CONSTRUCTION FOR AN UPPER-BODY GARMENT
Aspects herein are directed to an upper-body garment having a collar construction formed from a back collar panel and at least one front collar panel, where each of the back collar panel at the front collar panel comprise terminal ends. The terminal ends of the front collar panel and the back collar panel are in an overlapping relationship at a first side and a second side of a neck opening of the upper-body garment. The terminal ends of the front collar panel are detached from the terminal ends of the back collar panel to provide enhanced stretch at the lateral sides of the neck opening when donning and doffing the upper-body garment.
ELASTIC MEMBER AND DISPOSABLE WEARING ARTICLE INCLUDING ELASTIC MEMBER
In an elastic member, a first sheet layer and a second sheet layer are formed of a material having translucency. An elastic sheet can be visually recognized through the first sheet layer and the second sheet layer. First non-joint bands linearly continuous along a first direction intersecting an stretchable direction at an acute angle are repeatedly present at intervals in a direction orthogonal to the first direction as non-joint bands in which a portion not having sheet joined portions is continuous in an unfolded state in a stretchable region. Sheet joined portions and joint holes are provided at intervals between adjacent first non-joint bands in the stretchable region. A unit structure including a plurality of first non-joint bands having different first widths determined as widths in the direction orthogonal to the first direction is repeatedly present in the direction orthogonal to the first direction in the stretchable region.
Undergarment support apparatus and systems
Apparatus for a penis and a scrotum of a wearer are described. The apparatus may comprise a semi-rigid body and attachment element. The semi-rigid body may comprise a first structure sized to at least partially surround a posterior portion of the penis; a second structure positionable to maintain a separation between a posterior portion of the scrotum and thighs of the wearer; and third structure positionable to maintain a separation between an anterior portion of the scrotum and the penis when the second structure maintains the separation between the posterior portion of the scrotum and the thighs. The attachment element may be configured to maintain the semi-rigid body in a position relative to the wearer such that the second structure maintains the separation between the posterior portion of the scrotum and the thighs and the third structure maintains the separation between the anterior portion of the scrotum and the penis.
Method for manufacturing elastic pants
The invention relates to a method for continuously manufacturing elastic pants (28), wherein a flat web material (1, 16, 19) is continuously conveyed in a longitudinal direction (8) of the web material (1, 16, 19), is shaped into a closed tube (4), and is closed in the longitudinal direction (8). The closed tube (4) forms a first outer layer (9). Elastic threads (10) in the form of a tubular reinforcement are then wound around the first outer layer (9) in the conveying direction (8) in such a way that the elastic threads (10) are taut when the outer layer (9) has a convex shape. A second outer layer (15) is then continuously applied to the elastic threads (10) in the conveying direction (8) and is joined to the elastic threads (10) and/or the first outer layer (9). The first outer layer (9), the elastic threads (10) and the second outer layer (15) form an elastic pants web material (21). Further down in the conveying direction (8), the pants web material (21) is closed along a joining section (29) in regular intervals such that the joining section (29) forms two approximately equally large opening sections that lie opposite each other in the transverse direction. Further down in the conveying direction (8), the pants web material (21) is cut at a distance from the joining section (29) such that a pair of elastic pants (28) is formed.
ANTIMICROBIAL FIBERS
The invention provides an antimicrobial fiber which exhibits excellent antimicrobial properties even without the addition of antimicrobial agents and can remain antimicrobial even after repeated washing. The antimicrobial fiber comprises a fiber having on a surface thereof a polyacetal copolymer (X) containing oxyalkylene groups, the molar amount of oxyalkylene groups in the polyacetal copolymer (X) being 0.2 to 5 mol % relative to the total of the molar amount of oxymethylene groups and the molar amount of oxyalkylene groups.
MULTILAYER TEXTILE HAVING PRINTED LAYER
Aspects herein are directed to a multilayer textile including at least a first and second layer. The second layer may include a sublimation-printed component that is visible through the first layer.
DISPOSABLE BURPING CLOTH AND BIB
A burping bib formed from a panel of material which can be used as both a bib and as a burping cloth, the burping bib having a central opening and opposing longitudinal ends, with the front portion of the panel being longer than the rear portion.
