Wearable foot cover for fall prevention
A foot cover including a stretchable lattice configured to be worn over a foot of a user. The stretchable lattice being fitted to a shape of a human foot. The stretchable lattice is an elastomer. The stretchable lattice defines a first plurality of openings and a second plurality of openings. The foot cover includes a first end of the stretchable lattice enclosing toes of the foot of the user. The foot cover includes a second end of the stretchable lattice defining an opening for receiving the foot of the user, wherein first end includes the first plurality of openings that are smaller than the second plurality of openings associated with a body of the stretchable lattice.
Bra with interior stretch support
A brassiere includes a back portion, a front portion coupled to the back portion at side areas, straps coupled to the front portion and the back portion, and cup panels included on the front portion and extending to the straps. Each of the cup panels includes a fabric layer and a polymer layer applied to the fabric layer. The polymer layer includes at least one continuous region and at least one discontinuous region. The at least one discontinuous region includes a plurality of openings in the polymer layer. The elastic modulus of the cup panel varies between the at least one continuous region and the at least one discontinuous region.
Abrasive resistant garment
A protective undergarment having reinforced areas in particular locations, such as the knees and seat. The garment is made of an abrasive resistant fabric, such as aramid fibers, in particular, Kevlar, and is preferably made in a woven or knitted pattern so as to be soft to the touch and breathable so that the garment is comfortable to wear under clothing. The undergarment may include stirrups attached at the bottom of each leg to prevent movement of the reinforced areas in the event of a fall.
HEATED SOCK TO KEEP THE WEARER FEET AND TOES WARM
Heated socks used to keep a wearer's feet and toes warm. The heated socks include pockets for oxygen-activated chemical heating pouches which generate heat when exposed to air and via friction caused by the wearer when walking, jumping, or other activities and distributed through the sock from toe to ankle to heel. The heated socks are provided with extra cushioning on the bottom of the feet to aid in comfort for the wearer. The heated socks also keep the feet dry from moisture and perspiration.
PROTECTIVE COMBAT CLOTHING
Protective combat clothing (PCC) may include a shirt and trousers, wherein the shirt and the trousers are at least partially made of woven fabric made of a composition of the materials comprising flame-resistant fiber, flame-resistant meta-aramid fiber, heat-resistant fiber, polyamide and anti-static fiber.
BRIEFS FOR MALE WEARERS AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
A method for manufacturing a brief for a male wearer includes using a stretchable fabric defining a first leg portion, a second leg portion, and a crotch portion. The method includes placing the stretchable fabric into a die assembly such that the crotch portion sits between a core and a cavity. The method includes mating the core with the cavity to cause the core to push a section of the crotch portion into the cavity such that the section is stretched to a stretched state. The section includes a synthetic compound. The method includes applying heat and pressure at the section to cause a volume of the synthetic compound to melt. Further, the method includes cooling the section such that a melted volume of the synthetic compound is infused or incorporated into a remainder of the section and solidified therewithin.
Bra with stretch support
A brassiere includes a front portion configured to be positioned along a front of a torso, a back portion coupled to the front portion, and a shoulder strap extending from the front portion to the back portion. The front portion includes a cup for supporting a wearer's breast. The cup comprises a fabric layer and a printed layer. The fabric layer includes a first side and a second side opposite the first side. The printed layer is deposited on the fabric layer and forms a discontinuous layer defining covered fabric areas and noncovered fabric areas exposing the fabric layer. An elastic modulus of the covered fabric areas is different than an elastic modulus of the noncovered fabric areas. The printed layer is deposited on the fabric layer in a pattern configured to provide the cup with an elastic modulus gradient.
ELASTOMER FIBERS AND METHODS OF MAKING AND USING THEREOF
The invention relates to a fiber excellent in cool contact feeling which is excellent in hand and skin touch and capable of preventing unpleasant feeling in the wet state while also having excellent elasticity. The invention also relates to fabric, clothing, and underwear excellent in cool contact feeling and obtainable by using said fiber as well as the methods of making the fibers and articles thereof.
SOLED SOCK WITH NON-SKID BOTTOM
Soled socks with non-skid bottom which are formed by placing a sole of woven or non-woven fabric material onto the soft plastic material.
Cold weather sleeping bag for young children
Insulated sleeping bags suitable for use in outdoor environments in ambient temperatures at least as low as 0 F./18 C. are disclosed. Particularly, the sleeping bags are sized to accommodate young children. The disclosed sleeping bags ensure that the young child using the sleeping bag is insulated against cold ambient temperatures during sleep and eliminates the suffocation hazards posed by previously known cold weather sleeping arrangements for young children.
