Machine tool and machine tool management device with tool state display
A tool management device for managing tools detachable from a plurality of tool stations provided in a turret of a machine tool includes a display controller controlling a display to display tool information related to one or more tools attached to each of the plurality of tool stations. The display controller switches, on a single screen, between a deployed state of deploying and displaying tool information related to all tools attached to one of the plurality of tool stations, and a folded state of folding and displaying tool information related to only one predetermined tool among the all tools attached to the one of the plurality of tool stations.
CONTAINER-PROCESSING SYSTEM AND METHOD HAVING SAFETY-ORIENTED MANAGEMENT OF SETTINGS FOR A CONTAINER-PROCESSING SYSTEM
The invention relates to a container-processing system and to a method having safety-oriented management of settings for a container-processing system. The container-processing system comprises: at least one container-processing machine for processing containers, at least one container-processing machine having a type memory, in which different data sets for types of processing to be performed by the container-processing machine are stored and can be selected for processing containers; and at least one management device for managing the storing of the data set, the at least one management device being configured, in the event of the creation of one of the data set, to produce a main version (V1_A to V1_D) of the data set and to assign a status (A to D) to the main version (V1_A to V1_D), to retain the main version (V1_A to V1_D), in case a change is made to the main version (V1_A to V1_D) without a change in the status (A to D), and to additionally create, for the change to the main version (V1_A to V1_D), a secondary version (V1.1_A to V1.N_A; V1.1_B to V1.N_B; V1.1_D to V1.N_D) having the status (A to D) of the main version (V1_A to V1_D), and to set the scope of the access to the main version (V1_A to V1_D) and to the at least one secondary version (V1.1_A to V1.N_A; V1.1_B to V1.N_B; V1.1_D to V1.N_D) by an operator of the at least one container-processing machine in dependence on the status (A to D) and a predefined authorization of an operator.
Client initiated vendor verified tool setting
Computer (or computerized) numerical control (CNC) tools are employed globally. Whilst these may be purchased with an initial set of configurations users must establish any other configurations themselves leading to potentially every CNC tool being configured slightly differently for the same process requirement even before considering new materials, tool elements etc. Accordingly, users and manufacturers would benefit from access to updated process parameters for machine tools that reflect scenarios encountered in manufacturing operations that are new or lead to improved tolerances, yields, reducing process time etc. However, users are not going to employ just any set of parameters given to them as these may damage their CNC tool or tool elements. Embodiments of the invention provide a subscription service providing access to verified settings where the verification is performed by the machine tool manufacturer or machine tool element manufacturer.
Electronic tool and method for copying a plurality of settings from a mechanical tool to another mechanical tool
An electronic tool for copying a plurality of settings from a first mechanical tool to a second mechanical tool comprises: a smart device having a processor, and having a non-transitory memory storing program instructions executable on the processor. The program instructions are configured, when executed on the processor, to: read the plurality of settings from the first mechanical tool; and write the plurality of settings to the second mechanical tool.
CONTROL SYSTEM OF MACHINE TOOL
To provide a control system of a machine tool that enables a changed parameter to be reflected to a machine side in an arbitrary timing according to a worker's intention. A control system of a machine tool automated by reflecting a parameter by computerized numerical control, includes a storage unit that, when the parameter is changed, stores the parameter thus changed as a changed parameter, a changed parameter reflection condition setting unit that sets a condition for reflecting the changed parameter, and a changed parameter reflection unit that, when the condition is detected, reflects the changed parameter not yet reflected.
DATA CREATION DEVICE AND DATA CREATION METHOD
A data creation device including a component data storage section to link in advance and store lead component shape data and multiple types of holding tools; a holding tool data storage section to store holding tool data including moving directions of the multiple holding tools and clamping directions for holding the lead component; a mounting data acquisition section to acquire mounting data including the types and mounting positions on the board of previously-attached components and lead components; an installation order determination section to extract, for each lead component according to a determined mounting order of lead components on the board based on shape data and mounting data of lead components, a holding tool to mount lead components without interfering with previously-attached components, and determine the installation order of holding tools; and an allocation data creation section to create allocation data according to the determined installation order.
MACHINING CENTER AUTOMATIC OPERATING SYSTEM
An automatic operation system in which automatic operation control can be selectively exercised on a plurality of previously registered machining centers from a remotely located terminal via a cloud server is provided. The machining center automatic operating system includes: a cloud-side control unit that is provided in a cloud server connected to a CNC device of each machining center via a communication line, generates a machining command for each machine tool at an automatic machining command generation unit, and transmits the machining command to a corresponding CNC device; and one or more terminals that transmit inputted three-dimensional CAD design data of an intended machined product to the cloud-side control unit via the communication line and display information transmitted from the cloud-side control unit on a display unit. The cloud-side control unit includes a cloud-side storage unit holding a registration list of all the machining centers to be driven and controlled, tool information and a learned model of each machine tool. The automatic machining command generation unit applies features extracted from three-dimensional CAD design data to a corresponding learned model together with tool information, thereby automatically sets machining conditions required for cutting operation for each feature and a manufacturing process including a tool trajectory based on the machining conditions, and generates a machining command corresponding to a series of all the manufacturing processes set by determining an execution procedure based on the learned model. And the automatic machining command generation unit is provided with a function of, before the tool information is applied to the learned model, referring to the latest tool information stored in a corresponding CNC device-side storage unit and updating the tool information.
