The joint of the body-shaper lining on the outer dress can be hidden, and no obvious bonding trace will be seen from the appearance of the outer dress; and the dress body can be held by means of the tension of the body-shaper lining next to the skin and the suspension effect of the straps. In addition, other portions of the body-shaper lining are separated from the dress body and are not fixed, so that the body-shaper lining can be cleaned easily, body shaping of target body-shaping areas is facilitated, and the body-shaper lining can be put on by wearers easily.

The challenge lies in constructing a garment that effectively shapes the wearer while simultaneously eliminating significant amounts of material from the chest and/or back region. Disclosed herein are shaping garments designed to be worn underneath garments with low cut back lines. The shaping garment includes a space in the back shaping region on its rear side, such that the shaping garment is not visible beneath an ultra low-back special occasion garment. A removable back adjuster can be used to bridge the space to provide additional shaping support when ultra low-back mode is not required by the special occasion garment.

For women, the garment has a crotch area made of two overlapping pieces of fabric, leaving a gap to use in the restroom. The garment also includes a pair of arm coverings which cover at least a shoulder clavicle area of the wearer, with optional short sleeves, half sleeves or full sleeves, and optional leg coverings of variable lengths. The body shaper undergarment also includes an abdominal compression area, which includes an inner skin contact compressive breathable, sweat-porous layer therethrough, a middle textured, breathable, sweat-porous compressive layer and an outer breathable, sweat-porous, compressive layer. An optional front openable corset may be provided to the body shaper undergarment.
