The storage component is configured to store settings relating to the packaging or the box packing of the products. The display component is configured to display adjustment-requiring parts that requires adjustment in the product processing apparatus when changing the settings.
Method and system for linking fixture alignment modifications with a workpiece
The present disclosure is directed toward a dimensional automated linkage system for correlating a fixture with a workpiece. The system includes a fixture module repository, a barcode stamp, and a fixture-workpiece data controller. The fixture module repository stores a fixture record for a registered fixture module, where the fixture record includes a workpiece entry portion to link a fixture of the registered fixture module with a subject workpiece. The workpiece entry portion includes a fixture modification field to identify modifications made to the fixture for mounting the subject workpiece on the fixture. The barcode stamp is configured to include data to identify the fixture record for the registered fixture module. The fixture-workpiece data controller is communicably coupled to an external computing device and operable to populate the workpiece entry portion of the fixture record based on information acquired from the external computing device.
MACHINE TOOL AND DISPLAY CONTROL DEVICE
A display control device includes a calculation unit for calculating a first rotating speed on the basis of a vibration level detected by a vibration detection unit when the vibration level has exceeded a predetermined value, a change receiving unit for receiving a change instruction for changing a second rotating speed that is a rotating speed when the vibration level has exceeded the predetermined value to the first rotating speed, and a display control unit for performing control to display, on an operation screen, the first rotating speed, the second rotating speed, and a ratio display unit indicating a change ratio to a third rotating speed specified by a machining program, and performing control to display the first rotating speed at a position in the ratio display unit corresponding to a change ratio of the first rotating speed to the third rotating speed.
Generating risk inventory and common process window for adjustment of manufacturing tool
A method disclosed herein includes: converting an image of a manufactured circuit to a plurality of representative contours, the plurality of representative contours corresponding to printed features in the manufactured circuit; generating a risk inventory for the manufactured circuit based on the plurality of representative contours, the risk inventory being configured to identify at least one process sensitive geometry (PSG) in the manufactured circuit; generating a common process window (CPW) for the manufactured circuit based on the plurality of representative contours and the risk inventory, the CPW being indicative of manufacturing reliability of each feature in the manufactured circuit; and generating instructions to adjust a manufacturing tool for creating the manufactured circuit, based on the generated CPW.
MACHINE TOOL AND DISPLAY CONTROL DEVICE
A display control device according to an embodiment controls display of a state of a machine tool that includes (i) an attachment portion to which a tool is attachable, (ii) a numerical control unit for controlling (a) movement of the attachment portion and (b) a rotating speed of the tool in accordance with a machining program and (iii) a vibration detection unit for detecting vibration of the tool. This display control device includes a display control unit for controlling display of time-series data indicating (i) a change in a vibration level detected by the vibration detection unit and (ii) a change in the rotating speed of the tool. Upon receiving an instruction to change the rotating speed, the display control unit controls the display so that a marker indicating the change instruction is superimposed on the time-series data.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR ADAPTING A NUMERICAL CONTROLLER TO A MACHINE TO BE CONTROLLED
An apparatus for adapting a data structure between a numerical controller and a machine includes a data acquisition logic unit connected to the machine for acquiring values of machine parameters characteristic of a machine state. The data acquisition logic unit includes an interface module containing rules which are used to transform a machine data structure of the values of machine parameters into a control data structure which can be read by the numerical controller. In a corresponding method, values of the machine parameters which occur in a first machine state are transmitted to the data acquisition logic unit and stored therein. The machine state is assigned to the stored values of the machine parameters as at least one rule for interpreting the values of the machine parameters.
NUMERICAL CONTROLLER
A numerical controller which performs program restart after machining is stopped in the middle of a machining cycle is provided with a program restart unit. The numerical controller can use the program restart unit to acquire a restart position located in a machining area defined by the machining cycle, create a new machining area by dividing the defined machining area in the restart position, and restart the machining for the new machining area.
GENERATING RISK INVENTORY AND COMMON PROCESS WINDOW FOR ADJUSTMENT OF MANUFACTURING TOOL
Methods according to the disclosure include: converting an image of a manufactured circuit to a plurality of representative contours, the plurality of representative contours corresponding to printed features in the manufactured circuit; generating a risk inventory for the manufactured circuit based on the plurality of representative contours, the risk inventory being configured to identify at least one process sensitive geometry (PSG) in the manufactured circuit; generating a common process window (CPW) for the manufactured circuit based on the plurality of representative contours and the risk inventory, the CPW being indicative of manufacturing reliability of each feature in the manufactured circuit; and generating instructions to adjust a manufacturing tool for creating the manufactured circuit, based on the generated CPW.
Controller for controlling machine tool having cutting condition change function
A controller for controlling a machine tool calculates a variation of a cutting load based on a changed rotational speed or feed rate of a tool in a machining program for machining a workpiece when the rotational speed or the feed rate is changed, and executes the machining program if the changed rotational speed and/or feed rate of the tool and/or the cutting load are within the ranges of predetermined upper and lower limit values.
