POST-SURGICAL SUPPORT BRASSIERE
An article of clothing, such as a post-surgical support brassiere, may include a cup, a band configured to secure the cup to the body of a wearer of the article of clothing, and a rigid arcuate element having a lateral end and a central end and coupled to the cup so as to support the cup. The rigid arcuate element may be disposed under the cup so as to be adjustable relative to the cup, wherein the lateral end of the rigid arcuate element is adjustable so as to alter the tension applied to the body by the central end.
UNDERGARMENT CLIP
An undergarment clip constraining the undercup support bands and wires of a brassiere or similar undergarment, and in particular a novel clip designed to attach to the edge of a brassiere having an underwire support to limit the protrusion of the underwire through the brassiere material. The device can also be utilized to similarly constrain boning and other support components in brassieres, corsets and other such undergarments,
BRA AND GARMENT WITH BRA PORTION
In one embodiment, a garment having a cup portion with two cups, a body portion integrated with the cup portion, and a band are disposed on the garment such that is extends beneath the cup portions. The band is either on the body portion or adjacent the body portion. The garment also has support structures with a configuration, each following proximately a contour of the lower part of its respective cup, wherein a portion of the support structure is formed on and fixed to the band and a portion of the support structure extends on the body of the garment and is attached thereto. As such the support structure configuration is approximately arcuate. The garment also has additional control regions. The control is provided by fabric or materials that have less stretch than the body fabric from which the body of the garment is made.
Bra engineering
A brassiere includes a first wing and a second wing, each wing including a first end and a second end; a closure; a pair of cups, each cup including an inner contour having a diameter size; each cup including an outer contour having an outer diameter having an outer diameter size, and an outer apex having a projection distance from the plane of the outer diameter; filling material provided between the inner contour and the outer contour; and a gore connected to each of the first cup and the second cup, between the first cup and the second cup, in which the cup diameter size and outer apex projection distance provide a brassiere with improved function and comfort.
Outer garments for women
An outer garment, in particular sports or beach wear, such as a rash guard, adapted for women is provided. More particularly, the garment is suitable for active wear as it has in-built bust support comprising underwiring. The outer garment comprises an outer fabric shell configured to substantially cover a wearer's shoulders and to which a bust-support structure is secured.
FUNCTIONAL BRASSIERE
While the described functional brassiere can include any suitable component, in some cases, it includes a first breast cup that has a medial portion and a lateral portion, with the medial portion being configured to be disposed near a midline of a user's chest. The brassiere further includes a first breast cup connector that is made from an elastomeric material and that extends along the lateral portion of the first breast cup. The brassiere further includes a first shoulder strap that is coupled to the first breast cup connector. In some cases, a first end of the first shoulder strap is coupled to the first breast cup connector, the first shoulder strap includes an elongated portion that is configured to extend around a torso of the user, and a second end of the first shoulder strap couples to the medial portion of the first breast cup. Other implementations are disclosed.
Supportive light weight bra
A breast supporting garment such as a shirt, bra or similar garment has a body section having a front bust section for supporting a woman's breasts. A band of elastic material is provided under the bust section for shape and support. Another band of elastic material is provided around the bottom of the garment and helps keep it from riding up. The bust section of the garment should be formed from two layers of fabric adhered with elastomeric adhesive. The fabric should be free cut knit fabric having a high level of spandex. The bra will be lightweight and free feeling, as if it is not there.
Fused brassiere
A fused brassiere having an elastic outer fabric; an elastic lining bonded to the outer fabric compressed against an inner surface of the outer fabric to form first and second pocket portions; first and second cup-shaped pad portions inserted into the pocket portions, respectively; and a core member formed in a region between the pocket portions and in a circumferential portion of the pocket portions and disposed between and bonded together when the outer fabric and the lining are compressed against each other. The core member includes connecting portions which surround and connect lower and upper portions of the pocket portions to each other. The cup-shaped pad portions include first and second breast points, respectively. The connecting portions surround the pocket portions so that when viewed from the front, opposite ends of a first connecting portion are disposed higher than the first and second breast points, respectively.
Brassiere
A brassiere is provided that remains hidden even when wearing evening dresses having low-plunging necklines and/or backs.
BRA WITH SUPPORT PORTIONS
