Brassiere and front panel for brassiere
A brassiere includes bra cups holding a wearer's breasts. A shaping foam layer is sandwiched between outer and inner layers of each bra cup and extends from a lower to an upper edge of each cup. A support shelf assembly spans across a lower portion of each bra cup and includes a support component located proximate the lower edge of the cups, a non-stretch stabilizer fabric layer spanning between both cups and along a full length of the support component, and a supportive foam layer spanning between both cups and along the support component. The inner, outer, shaping foam, stabilizer fabric, and supportive foam layers span across a center gore that connects the bra cups to form a front panel of the brassiere. The support shelf assembly is molded between the inner layer and the shaping foam layer and is an embedded, integral part of the front panel.
Undergarment receiving a thin intermediate bonding layer between two textiles prior to thermoforming
A process for manufacturing an undergarment having two superimposed textiles, comprising depositing on certain parts of reinforcements (8) comprising a thick layer of a shaped memory foam elastic material, the polymerization of this material and also the shaping of the textiles of the undergarment by thermoforming, characterized in that it comprises a step of depositing, on the entire surface of at least the textiles, a thin layer of an elastic adhesive-bonding material, and then a step of polymerizing this thin layer of adhesive bonding during the thermoforming for shaping, and in that it comprises a step of prior depositing, on the textile receiving the layer of reinforcement (8), of a barrier layer of an elastic material, which is polymerized before the depositing of this reinforcement.
BRASSIERE WITH CARBON UNDERWIRE
A brassiere includes a first brassiere cup having a first support structure. The first support structure includes a first set of at least two support segments separated by at least one first region that is free of the first set of at least two support segments. The first set of at least two support segments lining a bottom periphery of the first brassiere cup. The brassiere further includes a second brassiere cup having a second support structure. The second support structure includes a second set of at least two support segments separated by at least one second region that is free of the second set of at least two support segments. The second set of at least two support segments line a bottom periphery of the second brassiere cup. A center gore of the brassiere is coupled between the first brassiere cup and the second brassiere cup. The first set of at least two support segments and second set of at least two support segments comprises carbon graphite.
Sheath for bra wire ring and method for manufacturing bras using the same
The invention discloses a sheath for bra wire ring. It includes a hollow sheath body made of cloth, and there is a hollow part for holding the wire ring to be inserted in the hollow sheath body; it also comprises a core wire inserted in the hollow part, and the core wire slides relative to the hollow sheath body. Such design solves the problem of resistance when the wire rings are inserted into a flat bra wire ring sheath, resulting in that in the process of manufacturing bra, the phenomena of wrinkles and holes left on the surface of the sheath and the tightness of the sheath caused by inserting wire rings can be obviously improved, and making the product more beautiful and simultaneously enhancing the comfort of wearing the bra for females.
Velvet sheath for bra wire rings and bra using the same
A velvet sheath for bra wire rings and a bra using the velvet sheath, the sheath comprises a main body holding a hollow part and formed by an upper fabric and a lower fabric, both sides of the hollow part of main body interweave and connect the upper fabric and the lower fabric to form velvet woven grid surfaces by velvet warp threads crossed up and down, respectively, and the sheath is sewn under the bra cup. The velvet sheath for bra wire rings according to the present invention will not appear rough surface and uneven elasticity caused by wire rings pulling the sheath after wire rings inserted into the curvedly sewn sheath or when users wear such bras later, and may ameliorate deformation, wrinkles and tightness of the sheath caused by the uneven tension formed by bending of wire rings and can cushion the compression induced by bending of wire rings without affecting the effect of the sheath on fixing the wire rings.
FABRIC ELEMENT SUITABLE TO RECEIVE UNDERWIRE FOR GARMENT
There is provided a method of making a fabric element (30). The fabric element (30) comprises a tubular fabric (32) and a pair of attachment flaps (34). The tubular fabric is (32) for receiving an underwire. Each attachment flap (34) includes an attachment surface for attachment to a second fabric. The method comprises the steps of arranging the pair of attachment flaps (34) to project from the tubular fabric (32) in opposite directions so as to define opposingly projecting attachment flaps (34), and arranging the tubular fabric (32) to partially or fully overlap the attachment surfaces of the opposingly projecting attachment flaps (34).
Expandable cup for a support garment
A breast cup for a support garment is provided. The breast cup includes a support cup portion, a first gusset extending between an upper-lateral quadrant and a lower-lateral quadrant of the support cup portion, and a second gusset extending between an upper-medial quadrant and a lower-medial quadrant of the support cup portion. The first and second gussets may both comprise a lower modulus of elasticity than the support cup portion and may be configured to expand from a first configuration to a second configuration. When integrated into a support garment, the breast cup may be coupled to an under band portion via a lower gusset that is configured to expand from a first configuration to a second configuration. When worn, the first and second gussets and the lower gusset facilitate a comfortable and supportive fit as the shape of a wearer's breast changes due to adjustments in tension.
Brassiere
A brassiere includes a first wing and a second wing, a closure including a first closure portion on a first end of the first wing, and a second closure portion on a first end of the second wing; a pair of cups including a first cup connected to the second end of the first wing, and a second cup connected to the second end of the second wing; each cup including an inner contour shaped with a first volume, and an outer contour having a cup and diameter size larger than the inner contour, and filling material between the inner contour and the outer contour a gore connected between the first cup and the second cup; and a pair of straps including a first strap connected to the first cup and the first wing, and a second strap connected to the second cup and the second wing.
Brassiere having scooped back band
A brassiere is provided to address the lack of bust support provided by traditional brassieres. The brassiere incorporates a scooped back band having constructed and seamed wings and asymmetric rings at the back strap joint.
Adhesive bra construction including vertical support strap
An adhesive bra comprised of left and right breast support members where each support member includes a cup portion and a vertically extending strap. The rear facing surface of the cup and strap carry reusable pressure sensitive adhesive for adhering to a wearer's skin.
