Implant device for promoting bone growth
In order to promote bone growth without damage of a growth plate to improve the stability of a procedure, provided is an implant device for promoting bone growth, the device including: a first implant bar implanted to penetrate a metaphysis corresponding to the inside of a growth plate of a long bone to be treated; a second implant bar implanted to penetrate an epiphysis of the outside of the growth plate; and a stimulation elongation means disposed close to the external surface of the long bone to be treated and installed under skin tissues surrounding the long bone to be treated, and being elongated between end portions of the implant bars to increase a gap between the implant bars to cause the growth plate to be extended.

Bone stabilization systems
Bone plates for engaging bone members are described herein. The bone plates can receive one or more screws to secure the bone plates to an underlying bone member. The one or more screws can be inserted into bone plate holes that can be considered locking or non-locking. The bone plates described herein can have particular combinations of locking and/or non-locking holes. The bone plates can include features that accommodate the underlying anatomy of different types of bone, such as the condylar region of a femur.
Device for osteosyntheses or arthrodesis of two-bone parts, in particular of the hand and/or foot
In one embodiment, the present invention is a method of arthrodesis or osteosyntheses of a first bone part and a second bone part, including the steps of positioning a first fixation zone of an implant in the first bone part and a second fixation zone of the implant in the second bone part, both the first and second zones made of shape-memory material and, prior to positioning the bone parts, are in an inner position; and while the first fixation zone is within the first bone part and the second fixation zone is within the second bone part, fixating the respective first and second fixation zones within the respective bone parts through shape-memory action at body temperature.

Fixing device, installation tool and fixing method of the cranial flap
A fixing device and an installation tool and a fixing method of the cranial flap, wherein the installation tool comprises a driving part, a loading part and an over torque protection mechanism disposed between the driving part and the loading part, the driving part drives the loading part to rotate by the over torque protection mechanism, the loading part is used for tightening the cranial flap fixation device, when the torque of the driving part acting on the over torque protection mechanism is larger than the threshold value, the over torque protection mechanism will be separated from the driving part and/or the loading part. The present invention not only effectively improves the installation and disassembly efficiency of the installation tool, but also eliminates hidden safety hazards caused by uncertainties caused by human factors in the tightening process, significantly improves the safety of the installation process.
Compression nut and a system for treating a bone
A compression nut for treating a bone includes a head and a body extending longitudinally from the head to a free end. The body includes a first portion including an exterior surface tapering from the head toward a second portion. An exterior threading extends along an exterior surface of both the first portion and the second portion of the body. The nut also includes a channel extending longitudinally through the body. The channel includes an interior threaded extending along an interior surface of the channel configured to threadedly engage a portion of a locking screw therein.
Drill guide fixtures, cranial insertion fixtures, and related methods and robotic systems
A drill guide fixture may be configured to prepare a skull for attachment of a cranial insertion fixture. The drill guide fixture may include a central drill guide and a bone anchor guide at a base of the drill guide fixture. The central drill guide may define a central drill guide hole therethrough, wherein the central drill guide hole has a first opening at a base of the drill guide fixture and a second opening spaced apart from the base of the drill guide fixture. The bone anchor drill guide may define a bone anchor drill guide hole therethrough, and the bone anchor drill guide hole may be offset from the central drill guide hole in a direction that is perpendicular with respect to a direction of the central drill guide hole. Related cranial insertion fixtures, robotic systems, and methods are also discussed.
Transcortal bone joint fusion system
Disclosed is a system and method for fusing two bones within a mammal. More particularly described is such a system and method for a transcortical fusion system wherein which a plate is affixed in a longitudinal slot or aperture cut into the anterior portion of the tibia and the talus, thereby achieving a fusion of the joint while placing the fusion site in the joint in compression.
