A fused brassiere having an elastic outer fabric; an elastic lining bonded to the outer fabric compressed against an inner surface of the outer fabric to form first and second pocket portions; first and second cup-shaped pad portions inserted into the pocket portions, respectively; and a core member formed in a region between the pocket portions and in a circumferential portion of the pocket portions and disposed between and bonded together when the outer fabric and the lining are compressed against each other. The core member includes connecting portions which surround and connect lower and upper portions of the pocket portions to each other. The cup-shaped pad portions include first and second breast points, respectively. The connecting portions surround the pocket portions so that when viewed from the front, opposite ends of a first connecting portion are disposed higher than the first and second breast points, respectively.

A multi-layered nursing garment including a shoulder strap, a support strap, an inner breast cup, an outer breast cup, and multiple connectors including: a first connector attached to the outer breast cup; a second connector attached to the shoulder strap; a third connector attached to the inner breast cup; a fourth connector attached to the outer breast cup; and a fifth connector (support strap connector) attached to the support strap. In various modes, opening/lowering of the outer breast cup is achieved concurrently or independently of the inner breast cup and vice versa to selectively facilitate breastfeeding and/or breast pumping (e.g., hands-free breast pumping).

The present invention relates to the field of undergarments, bras, or swimsuit accessories, and is directed to providing a bra cup having sustainable three-dimensional corrugations and a manufacturing method thereof with simple processes. The bra cup is formed by compression molding with a composite layer material and has a protruding outer side face and a concave inner side face. The outer side face has outer corrugations of the cup that are formed by compression molding. The composite layer material comprises at least: an outer fabric layer; an inner fabric layer; and an intermediate foaming layer. The intermediate foaming layer has a first surface bonding to the outer fabric layer and a second surface bonding to the inner fabric layer, the first surface having second protruding or concave corrugations, the second protruding or concave corrugations mating with the first protruding or concave corrugations to form the outer corrugations of the cup.

An upper-torso garment includes a first knit zone and a second knit zone. The first knit zone includes a first tubular-jacquard knit structure and having a first modulus of elasticity, and the second knit zone includes a second tubular-jacquard knit structure and having a second modulus of elasticity, which is greater than the first modulus of elasticity.

An upper-torso garment includes a chest-covering portion. The chest-covering portion includes a knit textile region having a tubular-jacquard knit structure. Aspects herein are directed to a support garment that includes a number of features configured to provide a high level of support to a wearer's breasts while being comfortable to wear. The support garment includes a Y-shaped layer affixed to an inner surface of a front portion of the support garment that helps to limit upward movement of a wearer's breasts. The support garment also includes foam pads having a uniform thickness and a plurality of apertures located at side portions of the support garment and configured to limit lateral movement of the wearer's breasts. The support garment also includes an underband that is zoned to be breathable and permeable at a front center of the underband while still providing support to an under portion of the wearer's breasts.

The bra comprises one or more portions comprised of layers of material where the pocket spaces are formed between the layers of material. The layers of material of the different portions are joined along their perimeter edges except for one or more select areas that form openings in communication with the pocket spaces.
