PULLOVER BRA
Pullover bras for high support activities are provided. A bra includes a band that wraps around the torso. The band includes first and second cup regions as well as a gore adjoining the cup regions. An underband runs below the gore and the cup regions. Straps adjoin a respective cup region and a respective portion of the band. A neckline runs above the cup regions and between a first portion of each strap. The gore and underarm portions of the band are formed from a first pattern of fabric. The back of the bra, the straps, and the neckline is formed from a second pattern of fabric. The underband is formed from a third pattern of fabric.
STICKY FABRICS AND GARMENT MADE OF THE SAME
A garment is provided with at least a portion of cloth being made of a fabric structure. According to the present invention, the fabric structure comprises an outer fabric layer, an inner fabric layer and a central fabric layer. The outer fabric layer is knitted with nylon-contained fibers, and the inner fabric layer is knitted with PU-dominated sticky fibers. The central fabric layer is interposed between the outer fabric layer and the inner fabric layer and knitted with wave-like fibers. The wave-like fibers are intertwined with the nylon-contained fibers and the PU-dominated sticky fibers respectively. Therefore, the inner fabric layer is in close contact with the skin of the user to provide mild stickiness.
FORMED BRASSIERE AND ASSOCIATED METHOD OF MANUFACTURE
A brassiere and associated method of manufacture is presented. A graticulate support member is producible by additive printing. The graticulate support member may be positioned between each of a first cup cover and a second cup cover of the brassiere. The graticulate support member may include a thickness gradient devised to maintain rigidity of the formed cup from a maximum thickness medially centered at a first edge of the graticulate support member towards a minimum thickness realized at the extremity of a second edge.
Multi-layer nursing garment
The present invention teaches a multi-layered nursing garment. The multi-layered nursing garment includes breasts support having a pair of breast cups, shoulder straps and a chest band. Each breast cup is comprised of two or more layers. Further a clasp for attaching an outer removable layer with a shoulder strap and a clip is configured for attaching another, inner layer. The invention provides a number of combinations of clips, clasps, and layers but which a breastfeeding woman can selectively open the nursing garment to accomplish breastfeeding and/or milk pumping from either breast, and has the capacity to engage in said events simultaneously.
Wireless brassiere with support system
A wireless brassiere with built-in shaping, lifting, and support system and methods includes, for example, a support band, an exterior support layer having lower edge portions connected to the support band and also having portions defining two concave shapes, an interior support layer having portions defining two breast cups and configured to be positioned between a front portion of the exterior support layer and the front of the torso of a wearer and also having lower edge portions connected to the support band. A continuous shoulder strap having an adjustable length includes a first portion that extends from the exterior support layer front portion to a slide coupled to a support band rear portion, loops slidably through the slide, and a second portion of the continuous shoulder strap extends from the slide to the interior support layer parallel with the first portion.
Undergarment Receiving a Thin Intermediate Bonding Layer Between Two Textiles Prior To Thermoforming
A process for manufacturing an undergarment having two superimposed textiles, comprising depositing on certain parts of reinforcements (8) comprising a thick layer of a shaped memory foam elastic material, the polymerization of this material and also the shaping of the textiles of the undergarment by thermoforming, characterized in that it comprises a step of depositing, on the entire surface of at least the textiles, a thin layer of an elastic adhesive-bonding material, and then a step of polymerizing this thin layer of adhesive bonding during the thermoforming for shaping, and in that it comprises a step of prior depositing, on the textile receiving the layer of reinforcement (8), of a barrier layer of an elastic material, which is polymerized before the depositing of this reinforcement.
METHOD FOR FABRICATING BRA STRUCTURE
A method for fabricating a bra structure includes forming an integral 3D knitted-fabric substrate, and compression-molding the integral 3D knitted-fabric substrate to form the bra structure. The bra structure includes two cups connected to each other, each having an apex area and a peripheral area, wherein each the apex is proximate centrally middle area of an associated cup of the two cups and each the peripheral is proximate laterally outer area of the associated cup, and two wings respectively extending from the peripheral areas of the two cups, wherein ends of the wings, which are far away from the cups, are configured to be fastened together. The two cups and two wings are made of the integral 3D knitted-fabric substrate, and the integral 3D knitted-fabric substrate is compressed to have a larger thickness in the apex areas than in the peripheral areas and the wings.
GARMENTS, FOR EXAMPLE BRASSIERES, EMPLOYING ELASTOMERS, FOR EXAMPLE SILICONE, AND METHODS OF MANUFACTURING SAME
A garment may be summarized as including: at least one non-toxic elastomeric sheet, at least one non-toxic textile sheet, and stitches that physically couple the non-toxic elastomeric sheet(s) with the non-toxic textile sheet(s). The garment may exclude all metals and toxic materials. The garment may be a foundation garment, for example a brassiere. In a brassiere the non-toxic elastomeric sheet(s) and the non-toxic textile sheet(s) form a front bust portion and a band, the front bust portion which includes at least one panel sized and dimensioned to retain a pair of breasts when the brassiere is worn, and the band which physically couples opposed laterally spaced apart ends of the front bust portion together when the brassiere is worn. The brassiere can have distinct cups, or may not have distinct cups, for instance a sports bra style. The garment can hold, or include, a prosthetic.
UPPER-TORSO GARMENT WITH TUBULAR-JACQUARD KNIT STRUCTURE
An upper-torso garment includes a tubular-jacquard knit structure within a chest-covering portion. The tubular-jacquard knit structure includes interlocked courses formed by each front-stitch course intermittently interlocking with a back-stitch course. The tubular-jacquard knit structure is divided into a plurality of zones across the chest-covering portion, and the zones may include different versions of the tubular-jacquard knit structure based on how front-stitch courses interlock with back-stitch courses.
ARTICLES OF CLOTHING AND BRASSIERES
The present invention provides a brassiere having excellent fitting properties, allowing a greater number of wearers to obtain a sufficient fit for their breasts. The brassiere has a cup part for covering the wearer's breasts. The cup part includes an inner cup provided inside the cup part. The inner cup has an upper side portion. The upper side portion has a wave-shaped structure.
