Braided Bra With Integrated Lacings
Aspects herein are directed to a braided textile component for a bra. The braided textile component includes base strands of a first material forming a breast-covering portion and a lacing that includes one or more strands of a second material with a property that is different from the first property. The lacing is integrally braided within a portion of the braided textile component. A first segment of the lacing may extend in a first direction away from a medial perimeter of the breast-covering portion, and a second segment may extend in a second direction towards the medial perimeter. The lacing may extend along the lateral region of the breast-covering portion, and the braided textile component may include a second lacing extending along the medial region. The braided textile may also include a second breast-covering portion with base strands and an integrated lacing.
Post-Surgical Recovery Bra
The invention relates to a post-surgical recovery garment. The garment is configured as a bra. The bra is comprised of a right breast sling and a left breast sling. Each breast sling includes a cupped portion. The cupped portions are configured to cup the breast of the user when worn. Each breast sling also includes a shoulder strap that extends from the cupped portion and is configured to go over the user's opposite shoulder. The shoulder straps each include a shoulder strap attachment that extends from an end of the shoulder strap that is farthest from the cupped portion. The shoulder strap attachment portions are configured to attach to fastening portions located on a rear panel of the bra. The rear panel extends from the cupped portion of the right breast sling, across the user's back when worn, to the cupped portion of the left breast sling. The bra also includes a thoracic band. The thoracic band attaches below the back panel and below the right and left breast slings. The thoracic band is configured to go around the user's torso when worn. Additionally, the thoracic band includes a first front closure and a second front closure.
ADAPTIVE APPAREL WITH SUPPORT CONTROL SYSTEM
An article of apparel providing dynamic support for an appendage of a person is discussed herein. The article of apparel can include a support garment control device configured to provide dynamic support. The support garment control device can include a control lace coupled to a support portion of the article of apparel. In an example, the support garment control device configured to apply a first tension on the control lace, lock the support garment control device at the first tension to inhibit movement of the control lace in response to detecting a change in movement of the person, and unlock the support garment control device after a pre-determined event subsequent to the change in movement of the person.
Upper body shaper garment
Disclosed embodiments include an upper body shaper garment for women. The garment contours the breasts and other aspects of the chest area into a fashionable form by delivering distinct amount of compression force at select areas of the garment. In various embodiments, the shaper garment includes a support area covering the breasts and a shaping area including one or more compression zones for moving the support area to enhance the appearance of the wearer. The shaper garment may be knitted from one continuous piece of fabric with the compression areas knitted directly into the base layer. The shaper garment may also include one or more transition zones between the areas and/or zones of the garment to smoothly transition between different areas and/or zones.
BREAST-SUPPORTING STRUCTURE
Aspects herein are directed to a breast-supporting structure that provides adjustable fit and support to a wearer's breasts. The breast-supporting structure includes an adjustment mechanism that is slidably coupled to a shoulder strap of the bra. A first end and a second end of a continuous cable structure are fixedly secured to the adjustment mechanism. An intervening portion of the continuous cable structure repeatedly extends between the adjustment mechanism and a plurality of spaced-apart pulley structures located at a lower portion of the breast-supporting structure to form a plurality of spaced-apart cable segments. The cable segments slidably engage with both the adjustment mechanism and the pulley structures such that the cable segments are freely movable with respect to the adjustment mechanism and the pulley structures.
Multi-layer nursing garment
The present invention teaches a multi-layered nursing garment. The multi-layered nursing garment includes breasts support having a pair of breast cups, shoulder straps and a chest band. Each breast cup is comprised of two or more layers. Further a clasp for attaching an outer removable layer with a shoulder strap and a clip is configured for attaching another, inner layer. The invention provides a number of combinations of clips, clasps, and layers but which a breastfeeding woman can selectively open the nursing garment to accomplish breastfeeding and/or milk pumping from either breast, and has the capacity to engage in said events simultaneously.
BRASSIERE INCLUDING A SUPPORT EDGE STARTING UNDERNEATH THE CUP TO RISE TO THE REAR ATTACHMENT OF THE STRAP
A brassiere includes two cups attached by a central link, a lateral band affixed onto a side of each cup and terminating at a central rear hook, and a strap supporting an upper part of each cup. Each strap extends forward via an internal reinforcement edge meeting the central link and via an external reinforcement edge separate from the cup forming an upper contour of the lateral band. A support edge, starting underneath the cup, extends outwardly, rising continuously to terminate at a rear attachment point of the strap, where the support edge forms an upper contour of a support piece independent of the lateral band.
BRASSIERE WITH REINFORCED SUPPORT
The disclosure concerns a brassiere (10) of the type including at least a first cup (12a) and a second cup (12b), characterized in that each cup (12a, 12b) includes a first exterior support (28) and a second interior support (30) each of which has generally the shape of a crescent, defined by a generally convex edge (32, 34) and by an opposing concave edge (36, 38), the concave edge (36) of the first support (28) being generally arranged racing the concave edge (38) of the second support (30), the first support (28) and the second support (30) exhibiting a first lower end (40) and a second lower end (42), respectively, which are crossed in a zone of support (Z1) for the breasts.
Clothing article having cup parts
A brassiere according to one embodiment of the present invention is a clothing article having cup parts for covering the breasts, the clothing article having cup hollow parts each of which is provided along a lower edge of the cup part and has a curved shape, the lower edge portion necessitating a small tensile strength for expanding a space between a front center extremity and a side extremity of the curved shape against a retaining force of the lower edge portion of the curved shape; and expansion suppressing parts each of which extends from a front center end to a side end of the lower edge portion along a shape of the cup part in a lower part of the cup part, has a non-stretchable or poorly-stretchable characteristic, and suppresses expansion of the space between the front center extremity and the side extremity of the lower edge portion.
Breast-supportive garments
Breast-supportive garments comprise a left cup structure, a right cup structure, a first supportive panel, and a second supportive panel. The right cup structure is operatively coupled to the left cup structure. The first supportive panel extends from left of the left cup structure to right of the right cup structure, extending at least partially below the left cup structure and at least partially below the right cup structure. The second supportive panel extends from right of the right cup structure to left of the left cup structure, extending at least partially below the right cup structure and at least partially below the left cup structure. One of the first supportive panel and the second supportive panel extends substantially in front of the other of the first supportive panel and the second supportive panel.
