Examples of a breast support garment are disclosed. The breast support garment comprises a front panel with a chest area configured to support a wearer's breasts and dampen an accelerating movement of the breast tissue, and a hydration system that comprises a hydration reservoir and a dispensing tube connected to the reservoir. The breast support garment further comprises a holder that is dimensioned to receive the reservoir of the hydration system and one or more guides to support the dispensing tube. The breast support garment of the present invention integrates the functions of a high support sports bra and a hydration vest or backpack.

Aspects herein provide for a pocket structure for an apparel item. The apparel item comprises an outer panel of material, an inner panel of material, a pocket panel, and a double-layer trim piece such as a waistband. A top edge of the outer panel is affixed to an outer layer of the waistband, and a top edge of the inner panel is affixed to an inner layer of the waistband. The pocket panel is positioned between the inner panel and the outer panel, and a top edge of the pocket panel is affixed to the outer layer of the waistband, and a bottom edge of the pocket panel is affixed to the inner panel of material. A nursing brassiere generally comprises a band, a first cup, a second cup, a bridge, and straps. The cups are positionable between a support position and one or more nursing positions. Each cup includes a lower edge that is at least partially detached from the band when the first cup is in the nursing position. The straps are connected to the first cup and the second cup and the band to form loops sized to fit over shoulders of the wearer. Aspects herein are directed to a bra system comprising a single-piece pad insert and a bra having a front portion with a pocket in communication with a pocket space formed between two textile layers used to form the front portion of the bra. The single-piece pad insert is used to provide shaping, modesty and support. When desired, a wearer can insert the pad insert into the bra by way of the pocket opening.
