A drain support apron (1) having a main panel (2) with a plurality of pockets (9) located thereon that provide storage for one or more drain bulbs (10). The drain apron is preferably worn around a patient's midsection.

A strap assembly includes a chest strap and shoulder straps. Similarly configured left and right cups are provided. The strap assembly is attached to the cups whereby the strap assembly adheres the cups to a wearer. Each cup has curved upper, lower, interior and exterior edges. Aspects herein are directed to a bra with multiple pockets positioned at different locations on the bra to provide a variety of storage options. The bra comprises one or more portions comprised of layers of material where the pocket spaces are formed between the layers of material. The layers of material of the different portions are joined along their perimeter edges except for one or more select areas that form openings in communication with the pocket spaces.

Brassieres and methods for forming brassieres are described. In one aspect, a brassiere includes a left cup, a right cup, and a pouch receiving area formed on an inside of the left cup or the right cup. The pouch receiving area includes a fastener that secures a removable pouch on an inside of at least one of the left cup or the right up.

A fused brassiere having an elastic outer fabric; an elastic lining bonded to the outer fabric compressed against an inner surface of the outer fabric to form first and second pocket portions; first and second cup-shaped pad portions inserted into the pocket portions, respectively; and a core member formed in a region between the pocket portions and in a circumferential portion of the pocket portions and disposed between and bonded together when the outer fabric and the lining are compressed against each other. The core member includes connecting portions which surround and connect lower and upper portions of the pocket portions to each other. The cup-shaped pad portions include first and second breast points, respectively. The connecting portions surround the pocket portions so that when viewed from the front, opposite ends of a first connecting portion are disposed higher than the first and second breast points, respectively.

A dual function, convertible bra garment includes a construction facilitating user-controllable conversion between a nursing bra configuration, readily usable during a conventional infant or young toddler nursing process, and a breast engorgement-inhibiting configuration. During use as a nursing bra, the garment is maintained in a first configuration, or state, providing direct access by a nursing child to a mother's nipple. Following a relatively simple highly-controllable conversion procedure, the nursing configuration is efficiently and effectively converted, generally based upon a combined elastic band strap-based system, for applying a user-selected uniform breast pressure, coupled with a usercontrolled cooling component, and absorbing component, for indirectly communicating cooling to the wearer's breasts or discharge absorption pad, thereby effecting complete conversion of the bra from a nursing configuration to a breast milk engorgement inhibiting configuration.
