If it is determined that there is a rotation deviation, the CPU detects a Z axis of the primary shaft, and determines whether the detected position of the Z axis is at a Z axis ATC origin point. If the detected position is not at the Z axis ATC origin point, there is a possibility that the primary shaft is positioned within a magazine rotation region.
