A bra cover has a body portion configured to be worn around at least an upper part of user's torso and at least one shoulder strap attached to the body portion. The removable strap includes a third clip at a first end and a fourth clip at a second end, wherein the first clip is coupled to the second clip during strapless mode, wherein the first clip is coupled to the third clip and the second clip is coupled to the fourth clip during strap mode. Two separate breast cups are connectable by a front fastener. A separate back band is connectable at its respective opposing ends to the outer side edges of the two breast cups. Two separate strap arrangements are connectable to the two breast cups and the back band.
