The upper body garments disclosed herein include shoulder straps formed of a woven tubular material flattened into a double-ply fabric. The woven tubular shoulder straps have advantageously high recovery. The upper body garments also include a torso-encircling main body portion with a breast supporting region coupled to a body strap. The body strap is formed of a circular knit, tubular material flattened into double-ply fabric. The woven tubular shoulder straps are coupled to the circular knit, tubular body strap. In some embodiments, the weft yarn of the woven tubular shoulder straps can have different material properties than the warp yarn of the woven tubular shoulder straps. Methods of making the upper body garments are also disclosed herein.

A support garment for supporting a patient wearable defibrillator is made from a fabric having an outside surface and an inside surface and is configured to be worn about a chest of a patient. The support garment includes a back portion and a front portion connected to the back portion. The back portion and the front portion are configured to support a plurality of sensing electrodes and at least one therapeutic defibrillator electrode on the inside surface thereof. The front portion of the support garment further includes at least one bra portion. The at least one bra portion is configured to support front upper torsal female anatomy.

The support garment includes a back portion and a front portion connected to the back portion. The back portion and the front portion are configured to support a plurality of sensing electrodes and at least one therapeutic defibrillator electrode on the inside surface thereof. The front portion of the support garment further includes at least one bra portion. The at least one bra portion is configured to support front upper torsal female anatomy.

Wrap-style breast-supportive tops comprise an outer fabric layer, an inner fabric layer coupled to the outer fabric layer and positioned to be between the outer fabric layer and a wearer when the wearer is wearing the wrap-style breast-supportive top, and a fastening system. The top is either a right-side out top or a left-side out top, with the fastening system configured to secure a left edge of the inner fabric layer adjacent to the right side of the wearer's upper torso and a right edge of the inner fabric layer adjacent to the left side of the wearer's upper torso.

A sport bra having an adjustable underband tightening assembly is provided herein. The sport bra comprises a front portion having a pair of breast covering structures, a pair of shoulder straps, and a front underband segment comprising a first wing extending away from a first side of the front underband segment and terminating in a first free end and a second wing extending away from a second side of the front underband segment and terminating in a second free end. A brassiere and method of making including a front portion configured to receive the breasts of the wearer and a back panel including a first lateral side affixed to the front portion and a second lateral side affixed to the front portion. The back panel includes an inner fabric layer configured to contact the wearer's skin, an outer fabric layer opposing the inner fabric layer, and reinforcing panels positioned between the inner fabric layer and the outer fabric layer. A first reinforcing panel extends from the first lateral side, a second reinforcing panel extends from a second lateral side and a third reinforcing panel extends between, but not in contact with, the first and second reinforcing panels.

The body support may further include a doffed configuration in which the first support panel and the second support panel are non-contiguous with respect to one another.
