A pushup pad for brassieres, dresses, tops, athletic wear, swimwear, and other garments. The right and left pads are mirror images of each other and not interchangeable. The pad enhances the cleavage of cup sizes D and above without substantially adding volume.

Breast-supportive garments comprise a left cup structure, a right cup structure, a first supportive panel, and a second supportive panel. The right cup structure is operatively coupled to the left cup structure. The first supportive panel extends from left of the left cup structure to right of the right cup structure, extending at least partially below the left cup structure and at least partially below the right cup structure. The second supportive panel extends from right of the right cup structure to left of the left cup structure, extending at least partially below the right cup structure and at least partially below the left cup structure. One of the first supportive panel and the second supportive panel extends substantially in front of the other of the first supportive panel and the second supportive panel.

A garment having integrated prosthetic breasts is disclosed. The garment includes an inner front layer, a middle component which includes at least one, and ideally two prosthetic breast members. The prosthetics are lightweight so that no elastic across the torso is needed. An outer front layer covers the middle component. The middle component is formed of a mesh layer which is sewn to the inner front layer only at the neckline and arms, and has an open bottom edge. The prosthetic breast members are attached to the mesh layer and provide shaping for mastectomy patients or other individuals having a need or desire for natural looking shaping.

An upper body garment for supporting an infant adjacent the chest and upper belly of a wearer that includes a tubular garment body made from a stretchable fabric and comprising a front panel and a back panel, one or more breast panels extending from a top portion of the back panel and over the shoulders of the wearer; and a pouch panel extending from a lower portion of the breast panels. The pouch panel is secured along a U-shaped seam to an inside surface of the front panel to form a pouch with a top opening proximate the lower portion of the breast panels. The stretchable fabric is a two-way stretchable fabric with an increased capability for elastic expansion within a substantially horizontal plane when the wearer is in an upright position.

An upper body garment for supporting an infant adjacent the chest and upper belly of a wearer that includes a tubular garment body made from a stretchable fabric and comprising a front panel and a back panel, one or more breast panels extending from a top portion of the back panel and over the shoulders of the wearer; and a pouch panel extending from a lower portion of the breast panels. A nursing garment system to facilitate selective nursing and hands-free breastpumping having at least one connector configured to selectively connect a nursing bra to at least one of a hands-free breastpumping device, a nursing cover, and a breast cup of the system is disclosed. The at least one connector may include a closing device partially attached to each of the at least one of the hands-free breastpumping device, the nursing cover, and the breast cup of the system, the closing device configured to connect to a nursing bra closing device. The system may include a pumping garment having a partial figure 8 edge.

A nursing garment system to facilitate selective nursing and hands-free breastpumping having at least one connector configured to selectively connect a nursing bra to at least one of a hands-free breastpumping device, a nursing cover, and a breast cup of the system is disclosed. The at least one connector may include a closing device partially attached to each of the at least one of the hands-free breastpumping device, the nursing cover, and the breast cup of the system, the closing device configured to connect to a nursing bra closing device. The system may include a pumping garment having a partial figure 8 edge.

A harness system for adjusting support of a garment is provided herein. The garment with a harness system includes a body and a liner having harness straps. The harness straps slide through openings in shoulder straps of the body. The harness straps are then laced through a series of maintainers in the back of the body. The harness straps having terminally-located tabs that may be pulled from the back of the body toward the front of the body and affixed thereto. The placement of the tabs, when pulled toward the front of the body and attached thereto, determines the fit and support of the garment. By manipulating the tabs of the harness system, a wearer may adjust the length of the harness straps, back and posture support, and the lift provided by the liner. The harness system creates a customizable fit and support level.
