A brassiere for breast enhancement and breast safety in women is disclosed. The brassiere has two cups which are at least partially comprised of stretchable material and house an air-tight chamber inserted into either one or both of the cups, a pump or tube for inflating and deflating air in the chambers using an air valve and a press button. The brassiere of the present invention uses the air chamber(s) to protect the chest area of a woman from impact and is used for enlarging and beautifying the breast of women.

A garment for a human wearer includes: a terry garment-region having terry-knit cloth; and a non-terry garment-region having non-terry-knit cloth. The terry garment-region is directly bordering and adjacent to the non-terry garment-region. The terry garment-region and the non-terry garment-region are a seamless continuation of each other. Similarly, a continuous fabric for making clothes includes: a terry fabric-region having terry-knit cloth, and an adjacent and immediately bordering non-terry fabric-region having non-terry-knit cloth. Optionally, TPU or PVC elements or plastic elements are embedded within the terry garment-region, or within the non-terry garment-region; or such elements cover, or are covered by, the terry garment-region or the non-terry garment-region.

Articles, such as garments, including films comprising dried aqueous polyurethane dispersions are disclosed, whereby the garment has an altered stress which is exhibited during wear of the garment. The film may be bonded to the fabric of the article to provide a fabric or film laminate.

A strap assembly includes a chest strap and shoulder straps. Similarly configured left and right cups are provided. The strap assembly is attached to the cups whereby the strap assembly adheres the cups to a wearer. Each cup has curved upper, lower, interior and exterior edges. Each cup has inside and outside surfaces. A patch is operatively associated with each cup. Each patch has a linear upper edge and curved lower, interior and exterior edges. Each patch has inside and outside surfaces. Stitching couples the lower, interior and exterior edges of each patch to the lower, interior and exterior edges of an associated cup. A linear opening is formed along the upper edge of each patch. Piping covers the upper edge of each patch. The piping is adapted to allow the patch to move away from and back toward the cup between open and closed orientations.

A pad material includes a urethane material satisfying LC≦1 and RC≧80 where LC represents compression hardness and RC represents compression resilience. In a garment with cup sections in which a pad including the pad material is disposed at least in a lower cup section, it is possible to control clothing pressure applied to lower parts of a bust from the lower cup section and to reduce a total amount of the clothing pressure applied to the bust. Furthermore, flexibility, lightweightness, and fluffiness of the cup sections are enhanced and both shapeability of the bust and comfortability can be achieved.

A pad material includes a urethane material satisfying LC≦1 and RC≧80 where LC represents compression hardness and RC represents compression resilience. In a garment with cup sections in which a pad including the pad material is disposed at least in a lower cup section, it is possible to control clothing pressure applied to lower parts of a bust from the lower cup section and to reduce a total amount of the clothing pressure applied to the bust. Furthermore, flexibility, lightweightness, and fluffiness of the cup sections are enhanced and both shapeability of the bust and comfortability can be achieved.

This invention relates to a breast support garment for use in active environments, where the wearer of such garment is engaged in an activity that results in accelerating movements. In some preferred embodiments, these garments may be athletic or sports bras that redirect momentum related to a wearer's accelerating movements, for example, during exercise.

The brassiere design may comprise left and right cups that are configured as socks for the breasts of the wearer, each of the socks defining a recess into which one of the breasts of the wearer can be received. Each of the socks acts as a stretchable sling or pocket to suspend and hold a breast, and to shape the breast into an attractive teardrop shape.
