BRA, BRA CUP, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SAME
A bra cup for a bra includes an inner layer of material configured to face a wearer's breast when the bra is worn and an outer layer of material configured to face away from the wearer when the bra is worn. An outer face of the inner layer of material is adjacent an inner face of the outer layer of material. A thin polymer web is disposed on the outer face of the inner layer of material. A bra including the bra cup and a method of manufacturing the bra cup are also disclosed.
Under-support and molded bra cup
The present disclosure provides for an under-support, which includes curved end portions and a support portion extending between the curved end portion. The support portion includes a plurality of openings. The present disclosure further provides for the under-support embedded in a foam cup. When the disclosed under-support is embedded in a foam cup, the foam extends through the openings in the support portion.
BACKLESS AND POSSIBLY STRAPLESS BRASSIERE WITH A REINFORCING PLATE
A brassiere, such as a backless and optionally strapless brassiere, includes a basque to accommodate the torso of a user, a pair of concave cups coupled to a portion of the basque, and a pair of reinforcement plates coupled to the concave cups. The reinforcement plates help support a wearer's chest in each one of the cups. Each of the reinforcement plates include fingers extending from an outside of a respective bra cup toward a center of the respective bra cup. The fingers include a first finger extending under the area of the respective cup.
BRA AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE BRA
There is provided a bra comprising a left bra cup and a right bra cup, and the left bra cup and the right bra cup each having an outer layer and an inner layer. The outer layer and the inner layer of a bra cup are attached to each other partially so as to form an opening or cavity between the outer layer and the inner layer, and a monitor configured to collect body data of a wearer of the bra is inserted through the opening and positioned between the outer layer and the inner layer. The monitor is embedded within the bra cup.
High impact and high support bras
Bras for high impact, high support activities are provided. A bra comprises a band that wraps around a torso. The band includes first and second cup regions, and a channel that runs below the collective cup regions. A gore is formed above the channel and between the respective cup regions, adjoining the respective cup regions. A molded cradle is fitted into the channel. For each cup region, a tessellated encapsulating bra cup is fitted therein. Each tessellated encapsulating bra cup includes a plurality of tiles. Respective tiles in the plurality of tiles that are further away from the cradle are larger in size than respective tiles in the plurality of tiles that are closer to the cradle. Each tessellated encapsulating bra cup has a generally concave first inner face and a generally convex first outer face. The tessellated encapsulating bra cups collectively contribute cantilevered support to the bra.
Fluidic methods and devices
A device for use by an individual for sexual pleasure varying in form, i.e. shape, during its use and allowing for the user to select multiple variations of form either discretely or in combination and for these dynamic variations to be controllable simultaneously and interchangeably while being transparent to the normal use of the device, including the ability to insert, withdraw, rotate, and actuate the variable features manually or remotely. According to embodiments of the invention localized and global variations of devices are implemented using fluidics and electromagnetic pumps/valves wherein a fluid is employed such that controlling the pressure of the fluid results in the movement of an element within the device or the expansion/contraction of an element within the device.
Breast support for a garment or garment part
A breast support (12a, 12b) for a garment or garment part is disclosed as including a first piece of elongate resilient material formed by a piece of substantially straight resilient material (16a, 16b) with a first planar major surface, and a second piece of elongate resilient material formed by a piece of arcuate resilient material (14a, 14b) with a second planar major surface (18), an inner arcuate edge (13a, 13b) and an outer arcuate edge (15a, 15b), the first piece of elongate resilient material (16a, 16b) being fixedly engaged and in contact with the second piece of elongate resilient material (14a, 14b) along the whole length of the first piece of elongate resilient material (16a, 16b).
Formed Brassiere and Associated Method of Manufacture
A formed brassiere and associated method of manufacture is presented that obviates the need of any underwire. A graticulate support member is producible by additive printing customized to the anatomy of a particular user. The graticulate support member is positional between each of a first cup cover and a second cup cover and thence domically formed at temperature to fuse each of the first and second cup covers into a cup shaped appropriate for a particular user. The graticulate support member includes a thickness gradient devised to maintain rigidity of the formed cup from a maximum thickness medially centered at a first edge of the graticulate support member towards a minimum thickness realized at the extremity of a second edge. Support is thereby provided throughout a considerably larger area of the cup relative such provided by use of an underwire only, whereby use of an underwire is entirely obviated.
