SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR EVALUATING SYSTEM EVENTS AND EXECUTING RESPONSES
A system includes sensors for monitoring signals, and a processing system executes one or more methods for identification of system events, from the signals, corresponding to state changes and performance of the system and/or its subcomponents. Event identification is performed with classification and/or other machine learning algorithms, with generation of novel training data sets. The sensor(s) can also be used to determine power consumption information about the system and/or its subcomponents. The system processes event-associated outputs for execution of actions for improving system performance, along with other downstream applications.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR IMPROVING RELIABILITY
Systems and methods for providing reliability as a service (RaaS) are described. A method for providing RaaS, as described, can include providing a mounting interface between a sensor subsystem and an apparatus, thereby coupling the sensor subsystem to the apparatus at a single position; sampling a set of signal streams from the sensor subsystem during operation of the apparatus; returning a set of statuses of a set of subcomponents of the apparatus, upon applying a set of transformations to the set of signal streams, without requiring any disassembly of the apparatus; returning a recommended action for increasing or optimizing reliability of the apparatus based upon a diagnosed status of at least one of the set of subcomponents; and executing the recommended action. The method can be adapted to support monitoring and maintenance of a group of apparatuses.
Load management for power systems
This disclosure presents processes for controlling a hydraulic fracturing operation at a wellbore. The processes can determine power available from each of one or more individual power sources. From the determined power available from the power sources, parasitic power losses, existing power consumed by one or more loads of the hydraulic fracturing operation, a threshold power level, or a combination thereof, the processes can determine an incremental power available to the one or more loads. The processes communicate the incremental power available to the one or more loads. The hydraulic fracturing operation is then controlled by processes based on the incremental power available to the one or more loads.
Method for controlling a hydraulic system and hydraulic control system
A method for controlling a hydraulic system of a machine having a machine control system is disclosed. The hydraulic system includes at least one hydraulic output having an output element which can be controlled by way of activation variables and whose state can be described by state variables. The method includes registering the at least one hydraulic output, wherein registration data of the at least one hydraulic output is captured, wherein the registration data includes data concerning the activation variables and the state variables, and wherein the state variables include output state variables which describes the state of the output element of the at least one hydraulic output. The method further includes transmitting one or more data concerning the output state variables of the at least one hydraulic output to the machine control system. In addition, the method includes receiving from the machine control system a target preset for at least one of the output state variables of the at least one hydraulic output. The method also includes determining activation values for the activation variables of the at least one hydraulic output based on the target preset and activating the at least one hydraulic output with the activation values.
