The oral irrigator may include a base unit including an opening formed therein, an oral irrigator handle including a handle inlet, a fitting removably coupled to the base unit and seated within the opening formed in the base unit, and a tube in fluid communication with the fitting and the handle inlet. The fitting may include a fitting inlet and a fitting outlet, the fitting inlet being in fluid communication with the base unit. The tube may be in fluid communication with the fluid outlet. Fluid from the base unit may flow through the fitting inlet, to the fitting outlet, into the tube, and into the handle inlet.

TIP EJECTION ASSEMBLY FOR AN ORAL IRRIGATOR
20180296308 · 2018-10-18 ·

An oral irrigator including a handle housing defining a cavity, a tip removably connected to the handle housing, and a tip release assembly connected to the handle housing. The tip release assembly includes a tip eject button slidably connected to the handle housing and movable between a first position and a second position and a latch connected to the handle housing and positioned within the cavity. Movement of the tip eject button from the first position to the second position moves the latch laterally across the cavity from an engage position to a disengage position.

WATER PUMP AND ORAL IRRIGATOR
20240315801 · 2024-09-26 · ·

Disclosed are a water pump and an oral irrigator. The water pump includes: a water pump assembly, a transmission assembly and a driving member connected in sequence. The water pump assembly includes a water pump housing, a piston is embedded in the water pump housing, and a connecting rod is provided at the piston. The transmission assembly includes a first transmission seat, a first rotating wheel is provided in the first transmission seat, and the first transmission seat is sleeved with a second transmission frame. The second transmission frame drives the connecting rod to perform linear motion, and a driven member is provided between the first rotating wheel and the second transmission frame. The driving member provides rotational power to the first rotating wheel and make the driven member drive the second transmission frame to perform linear motion to make the water pump pump water or deliver water.

ORAL CAVITY WASHING DEVICE AND NOZZLE FOR THE SAME
20180221122 · 2018-08-09 ·

An oral cavity washing device according to the present disclosure includes: a nozzle having a flow passage structure including a flow passage that includes an inlet port and an outlet port; and a pump to feed washing liquid to the inlet port such that a flow rate of the washing liquid ejected from the outlet port falls within a range of 200 mL/min to 350 mL/min. The flow passage structure includes a first component, a reducer, and a second component. The first component, the reducer, and the second component are configured to generate cavitation in the washing liquid flowing through the flow passage when the flow rate of the washing liquid ejected from the outlet port falls within the range of 200 mL/min to 350 mL/min.

Water pumping device for water flosser and water flosser

The present disclosure relates to a water pumping device for a water flosser, which includes a mounting base, a transmission assembly, a connecting member, and a piston. The transmission assembly includes a first transmission member. The connecting member is disposed in the mounting base in a reciprocally movable manner in a first direction. The first transmission member is rotatable about a first rotation axis perpendicular to the first direction, and in mating connection with the connecting member. The first transmission member is eccentrically disposed with respect to the first rotation axis. During a rotation of the first transmission member about the first rotation axis, the first transmission member reciprocates in the first direction, so as to drive the connecting member to reciprocate in the first direction. The reciprocation of the connecting member in the first direction can drive the piston to reciprocate in the first direction.

Oral irrigator with slide pause switch

An oral irrigator including a handle through which fluid flows to a tip. Fluid flows to the tip during irrigate mode, and fluid flow may be interrupted by selecting a pause mode. The handle includes a mechanically controlled actuator for selecting the pause mode. The actuator may include a rack gear operably connected to a pinion gear formed on a valve spool inside the handle. The valve spool may include a ball that blocks fluid flow to the tip during pause mode but not during irrigate mode.

Oral Irrigator

An oral irrigator has a separate high pressure water system and low pressure mouth rinse system to deliver two different fluids to a pick or other accessories. The water system and mouth rinse system are combined in a handle. The pick is connected to the handle. The water system has a blocking valve located in the handle and the mouth rinse system has a hand pump located in the handle. The hand pump sits next to a valve button for closing the blocking valve. When the hand pump is pressed, it presses against the valve button of the blocking valve to shut off the source of high pressure water to the pick. The pressure in the pick drops so that the hand pump can then introduce mouth rinse into the pick. When the hand pump is released, the blocking valve opens up and high pressure water returns to the pick.
