ORTHODONTIC BRACKET
One aspect of the present invention is a self-ligation type orthodontic bracket which has a simple structure and in which a shutter can be reliably opened and closed, and fixed. The orthodontic bracket is provided with: a bracket body having a slot to which a wire is attached and an introduction port connected to the slot; a shutter provided between the slot and the introduction port to be able to move forward and backward; and a stopper wire which is attached to the bracket body and prevents the shutter from detaching. The stopper wire is elastic. Both end parts of the stopper wire are supported by the bracket body. When the shutter is closed, the central part of the stopper wire is located at a position which blocks the path along which the shutter moves forward and backward.

ORTHODONTIC APPLIANCES
An aligner including a feature positioned on or in at least one of the buccal sidewall or lingual sidewall of the aligner that is configured to attach to an elastic member. The aligner applies a greater corrective force to a patient's dentition when the elastic member is attached. The feature may include a protrusion in the sidewall with an opening to a space configured to receive and attach to an elastic member hook coupled to the elastic member. The feature may include a through-bore in the sidewall that is configured to receive and attach to the elastic member. The feature may include an add-on hook on the sidewall that is configured to receive and attach to the elastic member. The add-on hook may be positioned on a protrusion in the sidewall. The protrusion may receive and engage with a dental attachment positioned on a surface of a patient's tooth.
Orthodontic device
An orthodontic device (10) comprising, a first opening (11) for receiving a first anchoring structure, a second opening (12) for receiving a second anchoring structure and a third opening (13, 14, 15) for receiving a third anchoring structure, the first, second, and third anchoring structures being attached in a mouth of a subject, and an intermediate structure (18) connecting the first, second and third openings, wherein one or more of the openings are stretchable, and wherein the intermediate structure and the openings are made from a creep resistant material.
ORTHODONTIC BRACKET SYSTEM
A package opener comprises a handle having a first half and a second half. A plurality of blade cartridges are sandwiched between the first half and the second half, wherein the plurality of blade cartridges include at least one package opening blade cartridge, at least dual blade cartridge, and at least one envelope cutting blade cartridge. The package opening blade cartridge is configured at an operative bottom end of the handle. The dual blade cartridge is configured at an operative rear end of the handle. The envelope cutting blade cartridge is configured at an operative front end of the handle.
Intraoral telescoping spring
An intraoral telescoping spring includes a first tubular element, a second tubular element and a rod-shaped element. The first tubular element includes a first connecting element wherein the first tubular element has a first end and an open second end. The second tubular element is displaceably accommodated in the first tubular element and has a spiral spring, surrounds the first tubular element and extends in the direction of the first connecting element, and attached to the fourth end thereof to force the fourth end in a direction away from the second end. The rod-shaped element is displaceably accommodated in the second tubular element and has a second connecting element for connecting to the other of the two dental arches attached to the sixth end thereof. The spiral spring is attached to the fourth end of the second tubular element, so that the first and second tubular elements are detachably connected.

ORTHODONTIC DEVICE
An orthodontic device can include a bracket configured to support an orthodontic wire. The orthodontic device can include a locking assembly coupled to the bracket and switchable between a plurality of operational modes. The plurality of operational modes can comprise a first sliding mode in which the orthodontic wire is slidable relative to the bracket and a second locked mode in which the orthodontic wire is slidably locked relative to the bracket.
ORTHODONTIC SELF-LOCKING SYSTEM ADAPTED TO RIBBON ARCH WIRE
Disclosed is an orthodontic self-locking system adapted to a ribbon arch wire. The orthodontic self-locking system includes a ribbon arch wire and a bracket adapted to the ribbon arch wire, where an arch wire groove is arranged on the bracket and provided with an upper single wing and a lower single wing structure; a sliding cover is mounted on the lower single wing structure, the lower single wing structure is provided with a fixed seat, a straight elastic wire on the fixed seat can be bent and deformed, and a fixed seat avoidance cavity is provided at the sliding cover and provided with a lock hook and a limiting convex rib According to the present disclosure, a self-locking structure between the bracket and the sliding cover is innovatively designed, such that manufacturing difficulty and a manufacturing cost are reduced, and self-locking stability and reliability are improved.
Orthodontic Arch Wires & Methods of Use for Prevention of Flaring of Anterior Teeth During Alignment
Orthodontic arch wires with specific shapes and bends designed to encourage expansion of the posterior teeth while preventing the flaring of anterior teeth during the alignment phase. The arch wires divide the dentition into sections and treat each section differently so as to minimize undesirable effects during the alignment process. While the arch wires of the present invention are used to improve mechanics with non-extraction, they can also be used in extraction cases to avoid round tripping and some iatrogenic side effects that can occur by engaging all the teeth at the same time. The arch wires of the present invention can be preformed or customized to each case. The arch wires of the present invention are generally of two types referred to as sectional (S-RA) wires and consolidation (C-RA) wires.
