GARMENT BODY OF FAN-EQUIPPED GARMENT AND FAN-EQUIPPED GARMENT
A garment body of a fan-equipped garment includes: an outer cloth in which a fan mount part is formed, the fan mount part being configured to receive a fan; and an inner cloth disposed closer to a wearer than the outer cloth. An air-through part is formed only at a hem part of the garment body, the air-through part connecting a space between the outer cloth and the inner cloth and a space at an inner surface side of the inner cloth.
HIGHLY AIR-PERMEABLE WOVEN FABRIC RESISTANT TO WASHING
An object of the present invention is to provide a highly air-permeable woven fabric whose air permeability does not easily deteriorate even after repetitive washing and which has a good fabric quality. The woven fabric of the present invention comprises warp threads constituted by substantially quadrilateral shaped filaments and weft threads constituted by substantially quadrilateral shaped filaments. The warp threads and the weft threads overlap each other in an alternating manner forming crossover points comprising front threads and back threads, such that the warp threads and the weft threads alternate constituting the front threads. The crossover points comprise first crossover points and second crossover points. The first crossover points are the crossover points where the substantially quadrilateral shaped filaments constituting the front threads are aligned in a line. The second crossover points are the crossover points where at least 60% of the substantially quadrilateral shaped filaments constituting the front threads are aligned in a line. The rest of the substantially quadrilateral shaped filaments constituting the front threads overlap above and below in a thickness direction of the woven fabric, wherein, in a structure constituting five warp threads, six weft threads, and 30 crossover points, the total number of the first crossover points among thirty crossover points is not less than 10% and not more than 90%.
HIGHLY AIR-PERMEABLE WOVEN FABRIC RESISTANT TO WASHING
An object of the present invention is to provide a highly air-permeable woven fabric whose air permeability does not easily deteriorate even after repetitive washing and which has a good fabric quality. The woven fabric of the present invention comprises warp threads constituted by substantially quadrilateral shaped filaments and weft threads constituted by substantially quadrilateral shaped filaments. The crossover points comprise first crossover points and second crossover points. The second crossover points are the crossover points where at least 60% of the substantially quadrilateral shaped filaments constituting the front threads are aligned in a line. The rest of the substantially quadrilateral shaped filaments constituting the front threads overlap above and below in a thickness direction of the woven fabric, wherein, in a structure constituting five warp threads, six weft threads, and 30 crossover points, the total number of the first crossover points among thirty crossover points is not less than 10% and not more than 90%.
Zoned Insulation Garment
Aspects herein relate to a garment having zoned insulation features. The zoned insulation features comprise projections that extend in the z-direction with respect to the surface of a base material forming the garment such that the projections face toward a body surface of a wearer when the garment is worn. The number and/or size of the projections may vary over the garment depending on the amount of insulation needed in different areas of the garment.

Aspects herein relate to a garment having zoned insulation features. The zoned insulation features comprise projections that extend in the z-direction with respect to the surface of a base material forming the garment such that the projections face toward a body surface of a wearer when the garment is worn. The number and/or size of the projections may vary over the garment depending on the amount of insulation needed in different areas of the garment.
HEAD MOUNTED WEARABLE DEVICE POWER SUPPLY SYSTEM
One embodiment provides an apparatus. The apparatus includes a source conductive path to couple to a load conductive path and to a power source. The source conductive path is included in a garment and the load conductive path is related to a head mounted wearable device (HMWD).
Modular turnout gear
A modular garment includes a sleeved jacket and a vest that may be worn by a first responder. The sleeved jacket is constructed for use in some emergency circumstances, including technical rescue operations. Portions of the jacket, including at least portions of the sleeves, may be constructed to satisfy more stringent garment standards, such as garment standards for structural firefighting. A vest may be worn over the sleeved jacket to produce a combined jacket suitable for use as turnout gear in structural firefighting.
Vented Garment
The technology described herein relates to breathable, vented, and insulating garments. More particularly, the technology described herein relates to articles with a plurality of interconnected chambers that are configured to retain a thermally insulating fill material such as down or synthetic fibers. The plurality of interconnected chambers are formed between at least two layers of material and between a plurality of seams. The plurality of seams are configured to join the at least two layers of material together. In one aspect, each seam of the plurality of seams is angularly oriented with respect to an adjacent or neighboring seam of the plurality of seams. One or more openings or perforations may be formed on one or more seams of the plurality of seams forming the plurality of interconnected chambers. The one or more openings may achieve evaporation of moisture and/or air transfer from an interior environment of the garment to an exterior environment.
Vented Garment
The technology described herein relates to breathable, vented, and insulating garments. More particularly, the technology described herein relates to articles with a plurality of interconnected chambers that are configured to retain a thermally insulating fill material such as down or synthetic fibers. The plurality of interconnected chambers are formed between at least two layers of material and between a plurality of seams. The plurality of seams are configured to join the at least two layers of material together. In one aspect, each seam of the plurality of seams is angularly oriented with respect to an adjacent or neighboring seam of the plurality of seams. One or more openings or perforations may be formed on one or more seams of the plurality of seams forming the plurality of interconnected chambers. INTERACTIVE SKIN FOR WEARABLE
A wearable may be provided with or configured to provide interactive skin. The interactive skin may be configured for accepting touch input from a user. The interactive skin may include one or more flexible layers and may include or be mounted under a transparent display cover layer such as a layer of clear glass or plastic. Interactive skin may include a touch-sensitive layer that allows a user to provide touch input to the wearable. Display pixels on interactive skin may be used to display visual information to the user. The interactive skin may be configured for detecting a condition of at least one wearable and generating an output function in response to the detected condition.
