Winged cape for children's play
A winged cape for wearing by a person includes a flexible inner web and a flexible outer web, each fixed together with a threaded stitch at a common outline. Each web has a top edge and at least one side edge. Four arm slots are formed through the inner web to define a pair of sleeves that are generally orthogonal to a longitudinal axis of each web. Preferably two or more opposing elastic finger rings are each fixed with the at least one side edge of the inner web on opposing sides of the longitudinal axis of the inner web and proximate to a longitudinal axis of the sleeves. With each arm of the person positioned through one of the sleeves and a finger of each hand of the person inserted through one of the finger rings, the webs form a winged cape worn by the person.
Birthing article of apparel
An article of apparel includes a birthing skirt. The birthing skirt includes a skirt portion having a waist opening, and a tubular portion having an end attached to the waist opening of the skirt portion. A material of the tubular portion includes a shape-conforming, elastic material. A pocketless aperture is through a side of the birthing skirt and is sized to accommodate a width of at least one of a fetal monitor transducer, a contraction monitor transducer, or a cable of a monitor transducer.
Birthing article of apparel
An article of apparel includes a birthing skirt. The birthing skirt includes a skirt portion having a waist opening, and a tubular portion having an end attached to the waist opening of the skirt portion. A material of the tubular portion includes a shape-conforming, elastic material. A pocketless aperture is through a side of the birthing skirt and is sized to accommodate a width of at least one of a fetal monitor transducer, a contraction monitor transducer, or a cable of a monitor transducer.
Layered Thumbhole Structure
A sleeve cuff is provided for a sleeve comprising an anterior patch affixed to the sleeve and covering at least a portion of a cutout in the sleeve, a distal strap affixed to the sleeve and spanning over at least a portion of a cutout in the sleeve, and the distal strap overlapping at least a portion of the anterior patch to form an aperture for receiving a thumb therethrough. The sleeve cuff has a plurality of configurations, including at least a closed configuration where the aperture is closed and minimizes the wearer's exposure to wind and air elements therethrough, and an opened configuration where the aperture is opened and minimizes the air penetration around the received thumb.
Waist Cape Device
The present invention relates to a novel waist cape device. The device is a unique fashion accessory with versatile functions which is placed over clothing. The waist cape device comprises a cape component which is fastened around a user's waist area via a belt, straps, buttons, snaps, clips, etc. The cape component comprises drapery panel components on the back, front, and/or both sides, as desired. Embellishments can be added to the cape component. The device can be manufactured using any type of fabric material, leather, chains, vinyl, plastics, PVC, etc. The length of the cape component can be altered depending on the needs and/or wants of a user. The device can also comprise at least one pocket integrated within the cape component.

The overlay attaches to the cape. The collar attaches to the overlay. The cape is a sheeting that forms a liquid impermeable barrier that protects the user from participation in inadvertent chemical processes. The overlay rests on top of the cape. The overlay absorbs liquid spilled from chemical treatments before the spilled liquid reaches the cape. The collar: 1) is a diverting structure that routes spilled liquids towards the overlay; and, 2) secures the hair treatment cape to the neck of a user.

CONVERTIBLE GARMENT
A convertible garment is selectively configurable for use in a variety of situations. The garment includes a panel and a plurality of handles. The panel includes a first section having a first outer edge portion that defines a first space, a second section having a second outer edge portion that defines a second space, and a body section between the first section and the second section. The body section has an inner edge portion that defines a head opening. The handles extend mediolaterally between a first side of the panel and a second side of the panel such that one or more first handles coupled to the first outer edge portion include a first medial portion exposable at the first space and one or more second handles coupled to the second outer edge portion include a second medial portion exposable at the second space.
